These capsules are easy to swallow as strong as the other ones I bought before this one. I don't think Apple Cider Vinegar will ever be the best or greatest in flavor but it definitely does the job that I am using them for to maintain my weight. I have been injured for a bit and I didn't want to gain weight and I am not as active as I used to be due to my injury therefore I been taking these and they definitely help.

I purchased this product to ease my menopausal hot flashes but heard that it also does wonders for digestive issues. Right off the bat I noticed my digestive issues diminishing! I'm so excited! I have yet to see my menopausal issues ease but I understand that may take more time. I plan to stay on this product.
