I love this product and was so satisfied I ordered 2 more of the Berberine.My blood sugar has lowered so much I was able to stop my meds for diabetes.

It has helped with my blood sugars some, but I have to take one pill once a day or it causes bloody noses. Otherwise I like this product, and will continue to use it.

I love the Ceylon Cinnamon. I've been using it now for for over two years. It helps with the joint pain and digestive issues. I plan on keep using it as long it continues to work.

The capsule is so much easier to take then trying to mix apple cider vinegar in a juice and trying to down it.

I purchased the Apple Cider Vinegar capsules and for me they are better than liquid form.

I loved the product! It is easy to swallow and no vinegar taste. I lost some bulging in my tummy. I lost 7 pounds for 30 days. I would definitely purchase another bottle.
