i have been receiving non qualified bogus leads from this company since April 2024. Ive requested my money be returned several times now and they keep putting me off , first stating they will start to send to me better leads and 2nd stating we are conveniently past the 60 return policy. Well that is paragraph 4A- 4 b, c and d state they are return my money if I do not receive qualified leads. I have not and expect my money returned now. Not later. I suppose Im heading to a court room for it. DO NOT SIGN UP YOU WILL BE FIGHTING IN A USA COURT!!!! ALSO IF READ THE OTHER REVIEWS SEEMS THIS COMPANY ONLY PROVIDES QUALITY LEADS TO ITS USA REALTORS. SO IF YOU ARE LIKE ME AND LIVE IN CANADA, SAVE YOUR MONEY.

Growin Estate has been a game-changer for my business! At first, the service was a bit slow, but after a conversation with their Marketing Manager, everything turned around. He really took the time to understand what I needed and asked for a little patience. After that, the referrals I started getting were spot on-clients who knew exactly what they wanted. Now, my team of 5 agents and I are all using Growin Estate, and it has made a huge difference. I strongly recommend them!

Months and months and still not one qualified Lead. It has been likely 4-5 months, maybe longer since I purchased their package. I have only received maybe that many leads, and yet not one has been qualified or expected my call. THe last one already was working with a realtor. I have asked for a refund as this is obviously a USA based company that has zero success in Alberta where I am based out of. They keep saying they are going to improve but that they refuse to refund my money. I did my part, I call and follow up on all the leads, 4-5 in as many months....... brutal customer service, if I treated my clients this way, I wouldn't be in business. My advice is to stay away, especially if you are in Canada

Here's my experience. I went for a customized package of 1899 USD. They were to provide me for 90 live and verified leads for the year. Thats an average of 7.5 Leads per month. The sales girl that helped me was great to deal with. They have a great sales team. Onboarding went smooth. They have the sale part good. Once you sign up, the sales person who promised you the world does not deal with you or answer their number. A hot live transfer that was promised means someone is actively looking to buy and wants to talk to you. Grow in estate provided no live transfer. They emailed 3 leads the first month with instructions to contact the lead at a certain time. I would reach out at the specified times. These leads would talk to you because of your unknown number. Once you make contact, these leads will say they are working, then screen you and disappear. Or say they just wanted to see a list of homes or they did not want to buy. I documented all the times the lead was contacted. On my 28th day, I initiated the refund process through email nicely. I stated that the quality of the leads was not good or as promised. Also the amount of leads of 3 per month will not get me anywhere near 90 qualified leads, and I was expecting something different from this company. They have a support team that will get back to you, promising to check your account and get it ramped up for you. But I quickly found out their intention was to string you along to get over the refund time and here's why: Each time they would escalate your case to a different department (that might not have even existed). That new person from either support team, compliance team, accounting team, or a manager had the same song and dance. They wanted more time and will try to get a new lead for you. NO ONE WAS SERIOUS about issuing a refund. When I was adamant on getting a refund and did not want any new leads: They stopped getting back to you on time. Their email response went from 1 or 2 business days to 3 to 7 business days. At one point in time. I spoke with an acting manager that said they already spent my initial deposit - which is suspicious for spending 1899 usd for 3 leads within 30 days. They started to screen my call. This whole debacle ending being another 30 days of cat and mouse. Now my refund grace period is almost over. I had to change my number to call to get through to someone eventually. I told them the call was being recorded for my lawyer. And whoever answered the phone that day hesitantly complied by issuing me an email that said the refund request is a queue. Week passed by and after multiple emails and calls. Someone that was supposedly the one that made the decision on the refund called and offered me to change the plan. I mentioned that I have a refund confirmation but he did not acknowledge this. It was clear this company would not issue me any type of refund. Luckily I was able to reverse the charges by speaking with my credit card company. I provided them with proof. I suggest calling your cc company. I suggest if you have had a bad experience with this company please write it here. So other hard working people who are starting out and truly is giving it their best to clients and other people wont lose their money by their unethical practices. There should be governing bodies that look over marketing sector especially if they are operating in USA.

I have had a few of these types of services and most of them do not deliver much of anything. I have only been with rh company a few months now but I have gotten some quality leads so far. Not all. But as always, these things are a numbers game. Definitely looking forward to receive more! Customer service seems to be on pint. Friendly communicative staff to boot!

After working with Growin Estate company for several months, I am confident about two things: 1- They don’t provide QUALIFIED LEADS, as they have committed & 2- They don’t accept responsibility for their sloppy service and don’t REFUND as the contract states. After a couple of months of working with them, they asked me for a review. I give their customer service five stars and mentioned that their lead quality is not measurable yet. But after six months I can confidently say that this company and its service are unreliable! After my review, I got many phone calls from other realtors asking me about Growin Estate. So, the company were using me as a bite to rob more agents instead of sending me qualified leads 😉 Anyway, after four months of having unqualified “leads,” I sent them the following email: “ Hi support team, The month of May is almost gone, and I had a total 7 “leads” (JUST BUYERS) from your company since Jan. 22nd (my contract with your company). As I have mentioned in my previous emails: 1- Growin Estate has not provided the agreed number of leads (2.5-3 per month), 2- Of the 7 leads, only 3 of them have to answer the calls, 3- Of those 3, one purchased a home long ago (So there was no need for the service), and 2 were not ready to buy quickly. 4- Nevertheless, 3 of those leads were out of my required service area (Even one was out of province). I am unsure if even the “ISA-Verified” is in place. 5- Each time I reported the result after scheduled calls, I received an apology from customer service and a promise to address the problem with the team and fix the matter. NO ACTION FOLLOWED. With all the above evidence, Growin Estate has failed to fulfil its commitment. Therefore, if I don’t see adequate action fulfilling their duties in June 2024, I will go back to the review page and copy all the above facts on the company’s review page. PS. I don’t need another copy and paste of the “apology email”, but you must take responsibility and action. “ Anyway, when I got tired of their eresponsible response to a better service, I asked them for a refund. Here is their response: “ There are some terms and conditions for the refund and at this point your account is not eligible for the refund. However, I want to assure you that any unresponsive or unusable leads will not be counted against your monthly allocation for your subscription plan. We are committed to delivering the full 30-36 leads you are entitled to as part of your annual service. Our commitment to your satisfaction remains steadfast, and we will work diligently to address any issues you may have and provide you with the best possible experience. Thank you! “ Now that we are wrapping up the month of July, they have done nothing to show faithful liability and fulfill their commitment. I felt responsible for letting other realtors know the reality of Growin Estate in action. I suggest every realtor who is considering signing a contract with Growin Estate to read all the reviews and then decide (what, unfortunately, I failed to do and lost US $599 and wasted lots of time). If there was an opportunity to have no stars I would choose that option. This is a scam. They take your money then send you leads for tomorrow, not the live transfer you pay for. I can assure you, this is not truly any kind of company that you’ll want to work with. I was also sold on a coach to help me manage all the leads and I never heard from her either.

As a realtor in Destin, FL, I'm looking forward to partnering with GrowinEstate to build a strong referral business. I am anxious to serve both buyers and sellers in the Emerald Coast market. The team at GrowinEstate has been responsive to my needs, without being pushy. Unlike many "lead" partners, who demand an instant decision in order to get the "best price", my GrowinEstate rep, Harry Jackson, did not try to pressure me when I told him I needed to consider it closely over the weekend. He was cooperative, and basically said, "That's fine. I'll call you again next week." Onboarding has gone well, and instructions have been clear. I look forward to upgrading to a 5-Star review after I have worked with GrowinEstate for a few months, and seen the fruits of our efforts!

Update: Shortly after the review, Growin Estate did contact me about the refund. It took longer than expected, but was processed. I do not know how their services actually work, this was solely based on not getting the refund when promised. I am satisfied with the resolution. Thank you This company is filled with liars and con artists. They call, promise to have a refund policy, and then when I read the refund policy it was nothing like they described. I was told I could pretty much get a refund if I didn’t think the leads were good enough, not the case. They emailed me that my refund was being processed and will be back in 10 business days. It’s been over 6 weeks and nothing. Don’t be fooled.

So far so good is my overall review of the communication and quality of leads I’ve received from Growin Estate. In the first month a few leads have came in, and two of the three have been solid. They were real potential buyers and were not surprised when I contacted them to touch base.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would! Stay away from this company as they are a complete waste of money. They promised "double-verified" seller leads. To date, I have received (2) Buyer leads where neither person even picked up the phone. I asked for a good-faith refund and was denied. I disputed the charges on AMEX and they had my account re-billed. Growin Estate will now be reported to the BBB and the FTC.
