Growin Estate has been very helpful in getting my business off the ground . The leads they have sent have truly been people with interested in buying or selling property. Growin Estate is much more affordable than some other options. I would recommend them to supply leads.

Horrible horrible experience. They sold Me bunch of fake leads , When trying to reach them, you can never get them on the phone and when you do, they sell you something else that is not real. I was told I had a 30 day moneyback guarantee. I’ve requested my money back at least five times and still nothing from them worst company ever.

I was solicited by "Growin Estate" for real estate lead generation services. In their phone presentation they offer to provide leads that are very geographically specific, requesting that you select six postal codes to be targeted. The leads themselves are meant to be pre-screened and their interest in speaking with a real estate agent confirmed. Their response to this complaint has been to send me a recording with what they consider a solid lead. They specifically cite this one lead as the reason they cannot refund me. On the recording the lead clearly declines to speak with me, the agent, by phone. The company offers a money-back guarantee during a specific period if you are not satisfied. They promote themselves as being endorsed by the Better Business Bureau. The leads provided were clearly not specific to the geographic areas discussed. The leads did not respond to phone calls at the appointed times or any other times. A request for a refund was initially deferred. I was still well within the timeline for requesting a refund, so not to worry, they said. I requested another refund after more garbage leads were provided. Now I have been told that actually the refund is only available in very specific circumstances. If a lead has told them that they are looking to close in a certain time period, then Growin Estate has fulfilled its mandate. No evidence is provided to the client that even this very low bar was actually met. It does not matter if the client themselves was ever able to contact the lead. Needless to say, this is not what was advertised.

Extreme dissatisfaction with the performance of this lead generation service, as evidenced by the only three leads we have received. The leads you sent us are:, 1.had no clue why we would be calling, another will not answer the phone. One lead had already purchased a home in Toronto. This raises questions about the quality and timeliness of the leads you are providing. This was most concerning; it was a wasted opportunity for us. We are demanding a refund. They are ignoring us, currently NEVER USE THIS SERVICE.

If we could give 0 stars we would. I am a real person, and not a bot! Do not go into a partnership with this company. They did NOT provide leads as stated in the contract, and when repeatedly asked for a refund, I was told we will have leads to you in a few days. This process went on over and over and then was told a partial refund would be submitted. Still nothing happened. When stating we were done with the partnership, they started sending leads saying we are now not doing our part following up with these leads. Unbelievable business practices. Signed up in March 2024 and it is now June 2024. Learn your lesson from this review please and do not trust this company! Save your money.

Growin estate has been great to work with! They have sent leads and followed up. I just closed my first transaction with a lead they sent me. I look forward to many more!

The absolute worst company and worst customer service I have ever received. This company is a scam!!!! Do NOT waste your money with them. They do NOT provide any good leads at all, they provided 1 lead during a 4 month period and that lead never answered the phone after multiple attempts. Stay away from this company!! The worst!!

I signed up in March and have no qualified leads / sales to date. The three leads given have only filled out a form online and were working with other realtors or not real buyers. Did not receive anyone for my designated areas I signed up for. Sounded good but regret my decision to sign up and waste my money.

I like how Growin Estate is not, they gave me time to listen to what they had to offer and explain everything very well. No pressure and once I was ready they welcomed me in becoming great business partners. I am super excited to start working with them.

This company has not been able to provide one lead that was legitimate the entire time I’ve been With them Most of the contact information is erroneous if I am able to get a hold of the contact, they have absolutely no desire to buy or sell and many times it’s not even in the same city or state that I work in Do not pay a dime for the service the time you waste just reading those lead notifications is not worth it

This company does its best to connect with people and their real estate needs in order to put them in touch with reliable realtors who have the experience and wherewithal to meet those needs. I know many satisfied customers who were happy because they connected with Growin Estate!

I have been working with Growin Estate since February. I have a wonderful working relationship with Alexander, my customer success executive. I have received leads but at this time not one has converted into to a client relationship. I have been in the real estate business as a Realtor since 2006, so I know it takes some time to get up and going with a new platform for conversion. I look forward to a long lasting relationship with Growin Estate, and Alexander, to make some money.

I just started with Growin Real Estate a couple months ago. I haven't gotten any leads that have converted yet but I hope to have some real soon.

If there were a choice for zero stars I would’ve give them a Zero star rating. I signed up to growin estate lead generation services about ten months ago, and so far I got no leads from them. They have send me a few false leads with wrong phone numbers and emails that no one ever responds to. Every time I complain they say we’re working on a new system and will be sending you verified leads soon. Lies after lies to get by but nothing was delivered. When I asked them about the bad reviews they have when I signed up they said that’s because those agents are in areas where market is slow but your market is booming this will never be the case for you! Ya right! I can’t believe how they got paid $500 claiming it’s for marketing they do for us when the results has been so poor. This is a fraud! A business based on lies to collect as much money as possible giving people false promises in return.

I wish I can give 0 stars! It was the biggest hope and scam I got in my career. They fed me with hopes, asked me to upgrade to a higher subscription..
