I have gotten great support from Alex. I’ve had a few leads that haven’t panned out yet, but he is working on a new marketing strategy that looks very promising!!

Beware! I Reported to the BBB and getting a lawyer since I have more people they did this to. These people start off as if they are legit then as a month goes by they scam you. After months of me requesting for an update on what is going on they gave me the run around. Then they tried to recycle leads they gave me from the first two months. When signing up they told me they would replace bad leads. They gave me 4 leads that were not even in the same city as me. And then a few that did not even answer any calls. After 4 months of me trying to find a solution or a refund they decided not to give me any leads at all. So when I tried to follow up on my own they told me they will refund me. 2 more months go by and no one contacts me from their office. The only time they contact me is when I email them and remind them they never got back to me. They are now refusing to refund me because they say I breached the contract by writing a bad review. CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS? They have it in the contract that you cannot report them. How Scammy is that? After they breached the contract by not providing leads or a solution. They played the blame game and said they will not pay me because I wrote a review. I have found 7 other realtors so far they scammed. Save your $600!! TO add to this awful experience. Growin Estate is being sued for defamation of my character. They told realtors they are trying to onboard, that I am not a Real Real Estate Agent, and told them to look at my Instagram that I am not a Real Person! I cant believe the level they are willing to go. Keep in mind this is my second attempt at a review they flag bad reviews and get them all deleted.

I have used a few lead services without and decent results. This is the first one where the leads appear to be legitimate. I have been on for 2 months and have gotten 4 with one active buyer within the next 30 days. Venessa was good to deal with.

Helping Growin Estate expand to the Canadian market. Their service is top notch and they are very friendly. I did have 1 recommendation with their platform which they have listened to and are considering. Not like most companies who are just out for money, which is refreshing

They’re making the effort to build a better format. Benjamin has been great at following up on leads. I’m hoping this new cycle generates some excitement.

Leads are sent via email with buyers info and what they are looking for, price point and timelines

We’ve only recently started working with Growin Estate. They are very good at keeping in touch and replace any leads if they have not been a value, it does take time as with any online lead generation program, but they are consistent and communicative.

I’ve been working the leads Growin Estate has sent me, however, oftentimes the appointments that are set by the representative are not set at times I am available. I was hoping that the lead would be directly transferred to me while live on the phone. They do not work this way. I will say that that Growin Estate does ask for feedback so that they can do what is necessary to make the agent satisfied with their services.

I paid something like $500 for a year of leads and was then going to pay like a 20% referral fee on any closed deals. They promised me about 4 leads/month, more or less, but I probably got about a dozen total over an entire year. They said, don't focus on the quantity, focus on the quality. Well...they’d set appointments for me, but almost all the leads wouldn’t show up to the appointment nor respond to my reach outs. I ended up showing one buyer properties (though he didn’t close). Yes, you'll likely get some leads and appointment sets. No, I wouldn't expect most of these appointments or conversations to actually happen. If that's worth it to you to try to drum up some business, go for it...but I cancelled after they promised some free leads and then didn't deliver on their promises, yet again. By the way, they promised those free leads for a 5 star review, so I'd take their rating here with a huge grain of salt.
