I signed up with the company in January of 2023. I was promised two qualified leads per month. As of October 15, I have not received a single qualified lead. I immediately contacted each lead at the scheduled time. One individual told me he was not interested in buying and had no intention of living in the specific area. Several of the leads never answered the phone or returned the call. I followed up with all several times and never was able to make contact. I hope others have had a better experience, but I cannot recommend this company. Listed below are the referrals I received from Growinestate. After each referral I notified them of the result. They said they would replace the lead. They never did. The agreement promised two "qualified leads" per month. Or your money back. I requested a refund within the 90 day period started in the agreement. I received a call and they promised to replace all leads. They never did. I understand that all leads won't pan out. However, they did not provide a single qualified lead. I don't want other agents to have the same experience. Please let me know if you need additional information. Referral: Client started his credit score was just above 500. Not eligible for credit. Referred to lender to work on credit. Client never followed through and would not return calls. Referral: Referral stated he was already working with an agent. Referral: Referral started she was not ready to buy. I followed up several times with calls and text messages with no further responses. Referral: Referral stated she was not ready to buy and had made that clear to Growinestate. I have followed up several times with no response. Referral: I called the referral at the time scheduled by Growinestate who indicated the lead was looking to buy in Elgin Texas. Client stated that he had"no intention of living in Elgin. " Referral: Client stated she was not interested in buying and owned property on which she intended to build. Referral: I called the referral at the time set by Growinestate. Referral did not answer the call. I left messages but never got a call back. Rental: I called the referral at the time set by Growinestate. Referral did not answer the call. I left messages but never got a call back. Referral: I called Client at 6:03 PM as requested. He didn't answer and a message stated his voicemail was not set up. So I sent him a text stating that GrowinEstate had requested I contact him regarding his desire to purchase a home in the Hutto area and I'd call him back later. He never answered the phone after several attempts. Referral: Client was looking to buy in California. Obviously, I'm not licensed in that state. Referral: I contacted client at the scheduled time and client did not answer the call. I left voice messages with no response. I also sent text messages with no response. Referral: I called the number provided at 4:00 and again at 5:00 PM. I received a voice message that no one was available to take the call. I left a message both times and explained why I was calling and asked for a return call. I called and texted but never received a return call.

The company promised 2-3 leads/month and so far I’ve gotten 2 leads. I’ve not seen where my profile is being advertised or where leads are coming from. As for quality of the leads, the first was an investor who was not a loyal client. The 2nd lead never showed up for our buyer consultation even after confirming with me. Also, this 2nd lead was using a loan product designed for people with either bad credit or high debt to income ratios. She had no idea who her lender was or the name of the mortgage company. I provided this feedback to Growin Estate. My account manager was empathetic and promised to provide better quality leads next month.
