I've recently bought a suit from Pal Joey online, and I can't fault them from start to finish. The suit looks great. I had a bit of an issue with with pants, but Pal Joey sorted it without issue. The suits are on the small / slim side, so if definitely get the next size up.

The customer service was helpful, especially with the quick resolution of a sizing issue. While I wish I had ordered a tie clip and chain, it's a minor detail easily corrected for my next purchase. Great suit and Tie set. Quick delivery. Tie I originally ordered was not in stock and the team quickly found me an alternative to suit the colour I required. My only point of feedback - I would stop selling the trousers. I’ve bought two jackets/waistcoats from pal joey and find their quality and service to be exceptional- but the trousers let the set down and I always just buy my own trousers separately from elsewhere.

Having ordered the majority of my suits from Pal Joey over the years - the quality and fit is great. However when ordering my last suit, I waited 4 days for delivery (exceeding the 1-3 days stated). Subsequently I made contact, requesting a delivery update on the item purchased. I was informed that the suit I had ordered was no longer in stock. I found it frustrating to have to make contact myself to find this out. Therefore I’d have continued waiting for a suit that would not have arrived. Saying this, an alternative suit was sent out post contact, which was of great quality.

Quick service, great quality and style. Two piece suit had a lot of compliments. I called the shop as the sizings are not traditional but very happy with purchase.

Fantastic service all round, I personally dealt with John and Marilyn and nothing was too much trouble. We travelled up to get measured up, ordered all 11 suits online and they were delivered the next day, some sizes were incorrect(my issue not Pal Joeys) and sent back, again nothing was to much trouble I sent them back and once received they sent updated sizes the following g day. Top notch service and I’ll be back in the new year for all the accessories ready for the wedding. Thanks again for all your help
