Still haven't received my delivery in over a week refusing to let me cancel the order as soon as i placed it

Ordered 2 exact suits, only 1 came. Called and asked for the other one, said it was limited edition so this was the only one left. Had to then return the suit I got and order 2 MORE suits. Only 1 came AGAIN. Asked for the other one and was sent out but only cause I had to ring. Didn't even bother checking it was 2 orders. Didn't even get the refund for the 2 previous suits 2 weeks later and on top of that didn't even give me the full money back as was charged for delivery even though I paid for delivery TWICE because of their stupid mistakes which isn't a mistake because it was done TWICE. Once fair enough, give benefit of doubt as they said were understaffed, but made the same mistake twice and I'm still money short. Suits are not too bad, but the service is absolutely horrendous. Recommend going to the store as absolutely uselss these guys over online and on the phone.

First and foremost, I want to acknowledge the positive aspects of my purchases. I have ordered multiple suits from Pal Joey and find them to be of great value for money. The material is nice, the style is unique, and the fit is excellent. However, my satisfaction ends there as the customer service has been severely lacking. To detail my concerns: First Suit: The light-colored suit I received had several stains. When I called customer service, I received no helpful response and had to get the suit dry cleaned at my own expense. Second Suit: This suit was delayed, and I received no updates on its status. Third Suit: This is the primary reason for my complaint. The suit was delivered without trousers, accompanied only by a scribbled note stating that no sizes were left and a refund of £24.99. I need the trousers and, fortunately, I had ordered well in advance of my event. I attempted to resolve this issue by calling customer service but received no answer. I reached out via Facebook, Instagram, and email, only to be told that there was no stock but it was expected in a few days. Then another few days and after multiple attempts, I was finally informed that the trousers were available but would cost £31.49, requiring me to pay another postage charge. This entire situation could have been avoided with a simple phone call or email, saving me the trouble of making 12 calls, sending 3 emails, and messaging 4 times on Facebook and 3 times on Instagram. I hope to see improvements because i can't recommend how good these are for the money.

Excellent communication and timely delivery at short notice. Unfortunately the 2 piece ordered didn't fit me (slightly too small), so couldn't wear it for the occasion intended, and will therefore return this time within the returns period specified. However, the quality of the waistcoat and blazer is excellent, so will definitely look to order again in the future (in a larger size).

Bought a suit wasnt for me. The process of exchange was very easy & quick. Recieved another suit loved it. The only small thing I do not like is the waist coat cinch sits to the right rather than in the middle of the waist coat.
