Came in for my consultation with dr Nyla a couple of months and was wanting some treatment as I have noticed I was struggling to gain muscle with the gyms now not being open as usual- she recommended I have the emsculpt as that builds muscle and burns fat. I came into the clinic around this time last year and had a consultation with Dr Nyla regarding the Envy Facial, I suffer badly with Ance and I was very self conscious but Dr Nyla made me feel so comfortable and explained everything so well to me. I went back in a few days later to receive my treatment and I was absolutely delighted with the results. I cannot wait for Dr Nyla to re open so I can receive this treatment again. The clinic itself was extremely clean and all the staff were super friendly also!

Had the experience of having treatment at Medispa Alderley edge, was greeted by a lovely lady called Daria who was very professional in her approach and made you feel at ease every step of the way. The treatment I had I must admit I found the skin lifting and tightening treatment to be very effective, could feel all my muscle in my neck tighten, and that was my first treatment, would definitely recommend. I had such a lovely experience here yesterday. The clinic is so beautiful, and I received such a warm welcome. Everybody is so lovely. Dr. Nyla is absolutely stunning, forget Instagram, you need to see this woman in the flesh, WOW, i think my jaw actually dropped to the floor! She was so lovely to sit and chat to, and i felt so comfortable. Honestly, i just had the most wonderful experience and I was treated like i mattered, they genuinely cared... money cant buy that. I had Ultracel, and the lady who performed this was so kind and a pleasure to spend time with. I cant wait to start seeing the results. Nurse Debbie was also amazing, and we chatted about my concerns, she really helped me and put me at ease. All in all, I just cant rate this place enough. I visited Dr Nyla on Tuesday 13th September. After discussing my concern Dr Nyla suggested we go ahead with some nasal to mouth filler. I suffer with anxiety so I’m more nervous than ever during these difficult times. Dr Nyla talked me through step by step what she wanted to do and assured me I’d be happy with the results. All nubbed up I sat outside the room waiting for the nurse who was treating me. After around 10 mins and feeling numb I was called in. The lady went over everything Dr Nyla explained and again put my anxiety at ease. PPE was worn throughout and I felt I was in very experienced hands. The nurse was super experienced and took her time stop to check if I was ok after every injection. I am so happy with the results and booked in for more treatment as I left. Staff are all friendly and I was made to feel very safe and secure.

Fantastic aesthetic professionals, the whole experience is just so Iuxury. It felt like I was attending a 5*hotel, the only thing missing was the room service. Dr Nyla is beautiful and so knowledgeable! Im used to having to explain everything when I go to the doctors but she really could tell my problem areas that have always bothered me and helped me overcome my insecurities about dealing with them. Left after booking a course of skin tightening feeling refreshed but more importantly, as if a huge burden had been lifted off my shoulders. Thank you to Dr Nyla, Nurse Debbie and your wonderful team, I wish I had known about this place 10 years ago when I first started getting insecure in myself. Nurse Debbie is fantastic! Would trust them with anything!

Others have had good experiences. I have not. Health and safety wasn't adhered to. Outsourced injector wore a paper mask with her nose outside the mask through the full procedure on two occasions. Complaint was raised and after 4 weeks Nyla has absolutely come back with a full apology offering to be present and do the next procedure however when I agreed to this she did not go through with the appointment, raised twice with her and it was ignored. I do believe she was unaware of what had been taking place as she seemed surprised to hear what happens when she is not present On other occasions pre covid the service has been better.

I have been coming to Dr. Nyla for maybe five/six years. I had a few treatments including Ultherapy, Botox, Ultracel and some lip filler. I really trust her opinion and I love the way the treatments are carried out by the therapists, they are extremely knowledgeable on the institutions, you can tell they have had a lot of intense training because they seem so confident in the treatments. If anybody is in their 50s and wants to just look like a better version of themselves, not different but very natural, I would recommend Dr. Nyla and her fantastic team.

Absolutely fantastic! Wonderful place, professional, knowledgeable and very personable people. I visited for the first time with my puppy and because I was anxious about leaving him in the car on a sunny day, staff happily offered to look after him for me! They are so kind and thoughtful! Dr Nyla was wonderful and understood my treatment concerns and I’m really looking forward to returning this week! Superb!
