What a wonderful experience! The clinic itself is beautiful. It is very clean and every action is taken so you feel covid safe! The staff are very professional and super friendly. The treatments they offer are amazing and Dr. Nyla will spend time discussing your individual needs, despite being very busy. I would highly recommend a visit.

We've Been visiting Dr Nylas clinic for the past five months for Iv drips to help our recovery following having Covid in September. I have found the treatment has really helped my recovery getting me back to full strength.weve now had various other procedures which have all been very good. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful. I have dealt with nurse Debbie as my main contact and she has been fantastic, she has looked after me snd my wife and made us feel totally relaxed and comfortable from the first time I spoke to her. She has bent backwards to work around our needs, coming in early and answering calls and emails at all times of day and night. I'd like to thank nurse Debbie from my wife and I for her hard work and really taking care if us. Thank you 🙏

I visited the Dr. Nyla clinic for the first time yesterday and thought the level of service was absolutely fantastic. Dr Nyla and the staff are really welcoming and professional, giving a full run-through prior to the treatment. They take great care and ensure attention to detail throughout the entire treatment. I am blown away by the results and would definitely visit again. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to have treatments.

I have been a patient with Dr Nyla for 3 years now and would not trust anybody else. I visited Dr Nylas clinic today and I was made to very feel safe and I was so impressed and pleased with the new measures put in place to make the clinic COVID secure. All staff had full PPE and the clinic was very clean. I wouldn’t trust anyone else and have always been happy with my results. Dr Nyla herself did my consultation and knew exactly what treatments I needed to achieve my desired results. My results have exceeded my expectations and I can’t think Dr Nyla and the team at Medispa enough.

I have visited Dr Nyla’s clinic over the last couple of years. The clinic is stunning and Dr Nyla and her staff are always professional and attentive. I have particular anxieties around my skin and Dr Nyla is the only person I would trust with my cosmetics. I would highly recommend this clinic.

I visited the Medi spa clinic in Crosby. When I arrived the clinic looked very professional and clean and the girl on the desk was lovely and welcoming. That's the one star. The rest of the visit was awful. The founder/medical Director of the clinic who is apparently trusted by well known celebrity figures, didn't know my name when she came to reception and when I entered the room (despite completing an in depth questionaire as to why I was there ,along with medical history) asked how can I help? She was on her mobile the entire time, hardly looked up from it, and was basically totally disinterested. She had a quick glance up from her phone to see what the issue was with my arm, and then told me a price, then went back to her phone. I can honestly say it was the worst "non" consultation I have ever been to (and I have visited many Aesthetic clinics) and I was in there less than a minute. I got up to leave, and surprise surprise, she was still on her phone sat down! Waste of my precious time!!!!! Don't waste yours!!!

I came to Dr Nyla Medispa before Christmas and can't believe the results I have achieved. I was quite a large bloke working in an office and eating more than I should be, one day I got a great job opportunity working face-to-face with really high end clients in the property industry. I started to feel really bad about my weight and got really anxious and depressed. Over the course of 2 years I lost 4 stone, as I'm only 36 now I started to look good trying to put on muscle and really really proud of myself. However, no matter what I was doing I still had this double chin that I couldn't get rid of. I was given the details of the Dr Nyla Medispa from a friend and it was the best decision that I ever made. I had a treatment called Coolsculpting in December and the results I have just started seeing over the past month are phenomenal. The double chin has finally gone. Not only this but everyone I spoke to from booking my consultation to having the procedure were so friendly, helpful and welcoming. I'm going back in next month for some skin tightening and am so excited. I would recommend this company to everyone. All my hard work helped but the confidence I have gained from this procedure has been second to none.

I had a transformation facelift… I had a transformation facelift treatment about 4 months ago and I’m absolutely delighted with the results. Can’t believe that my jowls are no longer visible and I just feel fresher. I loved the environment and the care for all the staff and aftercare from the clinic. I feel really looked after since and my journey has been fantastic. I used Come in for my skin tightening treatment and this was something I looked forward to have, it’s so relaxing it really made my day. In the clinic I’ve always felt very safe as all the protocol of covid safety was been met. The reception staff was always so helpful and always accommodate my needs. I would to specially thank chiara as she always did my treatments and I’m really happy and pleased with the results of my treatment.

I was recommended Dr Nyla by a close friend and came for a consultation first - I was completely made to feel at home and the clinic is beautiful! The consultation was very thorough and we went through any concerns I may have at the time. There was no pressure with treatments and Dr Nyla gave me multiple options to reach my goals. I have now attended the clinic a few times and i feel so much more confident in how I feel and look - I've even booked in for more!

A short course of Elixis Elite has rejuvenated my skin and smoothed out my lines, which I couldn’t believe was possible without more drastic measures. Well worth the investment- I’m ready to face the world again now. They took the time to understand my concerns and detail my options. I discussed over the phone, then had a consultation with a nurse followed by Dr Nyla. A couple of options were offered, and explained really well. I was also shown before and after photos, which clearly showed the results possible. My images are now added to that collection to help other people feel better about themselves. Visited the Liverpool branch (Crosby), not the glamorous clinic I was expecting. Thought I’d initially parked on a nursing home carpark. However, shouldn’t judge a book by its cover. On entering there wasn’t a member of staff on reception as they were dealing with another client, understandable. I was then met by ‘the Dr’ and escorted into a waiting room where I was left alone for 5-10mins. By this point nobody had even taken my name. The Dr entered the room and asked me to remove my mask as we were 2 metres apart. She wasn’t wearing one. She asked me about my concerns and agreed with me. I have never been to a clinic before and this is my first experience, I was hoping to discuss fillers and maybe Botox. I was advised by the Dr that I need skin tightening and lifting. She advised that it would be £1500 for 6 sessions of tightening but no mention of the cost of lifting. I was then asked how my budget looks? I still hadn’t been asked my name. She said I could do a session there and then, or come back that same evening or on Monday or a week on Monday, it was at this point she asked for my full name. I had to stop her and say that I felt pressured into making an appointment (as I didn’t really know anything about those treatments- I had been sent it on email as the girl on the phone before the appointment was pushing it. But I didn’t read it as it wasn’t something I was interested in). She said ok and stopped, realising she was being pushy then asking “are you one of those people who needs to think about things?” I found this to be said in a derogatory manner. I was then shown lots of images of success stories on the iPad, I asked if I would achieve the same results. She said all skin is different and that I could always do another round of tightening after the first one?!£. I asked if I could have filler, she said maybe after I had finished the other treatments. I also did a bit of research before my appointment, I read an article in the Manchester Evening News where the Dr is quoted saying she does have filler, although she told me she didn’t have filler only tightening. Stories just didn’t match up and I felt she was trying to steer me in a certain direction of treatments. I had some photos taken at close range for which neither of us put on a mask. (I didn’t realise she would get so close) and then asked if I was a hairdresser? I just felt she was trying to gage my budget. (Obviously no offence to hairdressers, I am in desperate need of one right now!) Now this review isn’t about their knowledge about skin care or their treatments, I have no doubt the Dr knows her stuff and treats her existing paying customers well, as she mentioned to me she is award winning and one of the reasons I wanted my treatments there. It’s about the consultation process. If you don’t mind the hard sell and pressure, being put on the spot to book with no idea of total cost etc then this is the place for you. However, I’m after a clinic with a better bedside manner, where I feel comfortable opening up about my insecurities about my personal appearance to a complete stranger and someone who has asked my name. The thing is I am one of three friends, all professionals (with good budgets) who wanted to use this clinic. After speaking to them about my experience they will not be booking a consultation. Overall very disappointing. Came out feeling flat.
