Hatte direkt um 9:00 Uhr morgens als ein neuer Jordan 4 erschienen ist einen meines Erachtens ergattern können (Bestellung wurde bestätigt und sollte für den Versand vorbereitet werden) 8 Stunden später (17:00 Uhr) habe ich dann plötzlich eine Stornierung (Nachdem ein Kaufvertrag zustande kam) bekommen. Somit hatte ich keinen Chance mehr den Schuh noch irgendwo anders zu bekommen da dieser zu diesem Zeitpunkt bereits ausverkauft war. Im großen und ganzen ist dieser Online-Shop eine einzige Lachnummer welcher sich weder an Kaufverträge hält noch einen Bestand hat mit welchen solche Fehler vermieden werden.

Schoenen gekocht, vijf meter buiten op gelopen, toch te krap. Geen ruil mogelijk, geen aanbod whatsoever. Waardeloze kutzooi, oplichterij.

I visited this store during my trip to Amsterdam during summer and I’ve had a really great experience ^^ I went to buy a jersey top as a gift and the worker there was really nice although I didn’t understand dutch. I told him what I was searching for and despite not being sure if it was in stock, he still went to look for the sizes I was asking for and even went to get different models for my liking. I ended up buying one and to my surprise they had a really big sale so I got what I wanted for a much cheaper price than expected! I’m definitely visiting the next time I go to the Netherlands cause I really appreciated the customer service ^_^

The company refuses to respond to my requests for support and never answer their telephone lines. They seem to rely on the "If I ignore it, it will go away." It's one way of making money/stealing...I suppose.

Retour effectué d'un article non porté et même pas essayé, le service client m'envoie des photos de trace sur l'article. Me disent qu'ils renvoient le colis mais depuis plus de réponses. A fuir absolument ils sont malhonnêtes

I ordered 2 pairs of sneakers for my kids at the end of april. I’ve never received it. Oqium told me that they will check with the delivery company but I have no news from now. Still waiting for my refund !
