I ordered a medium women’s jacket, I received a medium men’s jacket

No customer service at all. A lot mails but no reply. Wont recommend.

Don’t shop online basically. Maybe local is better. They sent the wrong item. Completely wrong item. They will not respond at all to emails or calls. I’ve reported to trading standards for breach of distance selling law and put in request from bank to reverse the charge.

Wij hebben op 21 oktober schoenen gekocht in Amsterdam. Na twee trainden zag mijn zoon al dat er een beschadiging op zat. Ik heb toen gelijk gemaild, nu drie mails verder en heeeeel veel telefoontjes. Geen gehoor ook niet op mijn mailtjes. Vind dit echt schandalig het gaat hier om schoenen van €180,-

J’ai commandé sur leur site un pantalon Gramicci que j’avais laissé dans mon panier sans finaliser l’achat immédiatement. Presque aussitôt, j’ai reçu un email de leur part me rappelant que l’article était toujours dans mon panier et m’encourageant à le commander, ce que j’ai fait. Pourtant, deux jours après, j’ai reçu un nouvel email m’informant que ma commande était annulée parce que l’article n’était plus en stock. Je trouve cela inadmissible, mais ce n’est pas tout : je n’ai toujours pas reçu de remboursement ! J’ai envoyé plusieurs emails, je les ai contactés sur Facebook et Instagram, j’ai essayé de les joindre par téléphone, mais je n’ai reçu aucune réponse. Ce silence est inacceptable et manque de professionnalisme. C’est tout simplement du vol. Ne faites pas la même erreur que moi.

Snelle verzending . Ik had niet zo snel verwacht dat de schoenen die ik besteld heb zo snel zou komen.

Poos terug meerdere keren wat besteld. Hebben vaak mooie sneakers voor leuke prijzen.

Good experience but need to be mentioned that the items fit small. You need models to show how items fit in my opinion

Ho ordinato una scarpa nel mese di settembre, il 3 ottobre ricevo mail che il pacco era in consegna, ma è stato consegnato in un paese lontano 200km da me, da allora ho iniziato a contattare l’assistenza che mi ha risposto solo 2/3 volte su più di 10 email, sono passati 25 giorni e rivorrei i miei 230€, altrimenti aprirò contestazione con la banca. Pessima comunicazione con il servizio clienti

Commande annulé sans raison juste sous prétexte qu'ils n'ont pas assez de stock pour l'envoyer alors que pourtant j'ai bien pu passer commande avec ma CB. Site très bizarre

Placed an order on 20th Sept 24. Still not received. I have Called many times, emailed, complained through their site NO RESPONSE absolutely disgraceful. Where is my order or refund!!!!!!!

Meine Bestellung wurde ohne einen Grund zu nennen im Nachhinein storniert. Auf Nachfrage beim Kundenservice wurde über eine Woche lang garnicht reagiert, bis man am sich am Schluss wenigstens entschuldigt hat. Absolute Frechheit in keinster Weise empfehlenswert.
