On another occasion a call was received following a power outage to check that everything had reset ok. I have peace of mind knowing my Mum is being looked after as promised when we signed up. Definitely recommend Lifeconnect24.

It has been used in the passed and the only issue was difficulty in getting an ambulance but that probably relates more to the ambulance service than LifeConnect.

United Kingdom | 30 November 2023Absolutely shocking customer service when you are dealing with the end of the contract due to death! I cannot understand how a company like this can be so insensitive and cause more upset in a distressing time - you call yourself a "Care company" I think you need to review this and your complaints procedure! People be aware that you if you pay annually you can have a refund of the annual fee if you paid within 30 days of the person's death, however LifeConnect24 make this extremely difficult for you because you need to return the equipment within 14 days to get that refund which seems reasonable, except they need to send you a Freepost returns label which they are completely incapable of doing, 4 phone calls later, 2 email addresses given, postal address given and now a formal complaint raised and still no further forward. I would not recommend this service at all!

Thankfully the fire brigade got there long before I could. My mum is fine thanks to her actions. I’m so grateful to Lifeconnect24 and their amazing staff.

As I am rather deaf I do not always hear the alarm and was awakened very early one morning by a very tall paramedic shining a torch on me, luckily it was a false alarm.
