I brought this alarm system for my grandad as he lives on his own, about 4 years ago. With peace of mind this helps him and I. He has had to call using this system, all operators are very nice, quick to respond and contact myself with updates if required. Knowledgeable and quick in call for assistance if required keeping him updated with the speaker system or phone too. Would highly recommend.

Simple process. Quickly delivered. Easy to set up and test. Staff on phone and via the new alarm box calls were very helpful and knowledgeable. Provided a return label for the old alarm system.

I test the Button and the central unit button from rime to time, and always get a reasonably quick response. It would be better if it worked in the immediate surroundings of the house.

My mum had to up grade to a digital lifeline box which was easy to set up, luckily mum had recently had Internet installed, we followed the instructions that came with the new box, she uses the watch part, sometimes she presses it accidentally and they always ring, make sure mum is OK and reset the box.

I’ve already written a review for the initial ordering which was brilliant. Today I set up the box and did 3 checks. The box, the pendant, the radius to the garage. Lovely friendly helpful lady on the phone and all set up ready to go

We have had life connect for dad for 2 years he has never really used it but this last few weeks he's had to and we can not fault the loveliness professional manner the staff work to, they was so reassuring with dad while he was poorly and we even had 3 wat conversation while i was on thw phone to dad, I highly recommend this service to anyone 😊

You have no idea how annoying it is to be told every minute that “Just speak to a member of the team for this that and the other” whilst you’re waiting for 27 minutes to be connected to the customer service line. “Someone will be with you soon” is also a repeated phrase that grates. Why don’t you provide an appropriate number of staff? Having said that the lady I eventually spoke to couldn't have been more helpful and dealt with everything needed.

I bought a device following a stroke and the whole process from ordering with harry was brilliant. It’s so easy to set up and definitely works as I’ve used it in an emergency all ready - I pressed for help when feeling unwell and they called me an ambulance, even had a follow up call when I was in the hospital to check I was ok. Having the device has eased my anxiety of being alone too. Highly recommend 😁
