So far we haven't had to use the Lifeline, but the set up was extremely easy and the call staff that answered the all the tests calls on start up answered very promptly and very professionally.

Very poor experience. I ordered an alarm for my mother after my father passed away suddenly. I had to complete the direct debit process 3 times (online, by post and by phone, all to the UK) as they kept 'losing' it. 4 months on and I still haven't got a contract of sale from them (despite asking for this repeatedly). When I tested the alarm, the response time was quite slow, so I don't trust them at all now. Will be moving my mother to an Irish provider as they have been terrible to deal with. Their sales price is also completely misleading. Please read the small print.

We purchased fall detectors for my parents who sometimes suffers falls due to a medical conditions. Since setting the fall pendant up it has been activated a few times and help has been organised promptly. On one occasion I was unable to answer the call and so a voice message was left giving all the important details. This service has given us a great deal of peace of mind and the staff are always very pleasant and helpful. We thoroughly recommend this company to anyone looking for a safety net.
