First class service. We have had this service for dad for around 3 years and are very happy with it. The telephone operators are very friendly and quick to respond, they have been patient and understanding on the occasions it’s been a false alarm. Would highly recommend for safety and peace of mind for both the family and the individual.

Fortunately I have not had to use the service except for testing and the occasional accidental contact

Mum has been using this superb system for quite a few years now and in all honesty it’s truly superb. I can’t fault the super attentive staff and their ability to calm a situation but to act decisively if there is a need - the annual subscription is insignificant considering the peace of mind and safety net. Mum will absolutely continue to use this essential service.

This service is for my 97 yr old mother. It enables her to live safely in her own home. Had a few false alarms but better that than her having an undetected fall. Friendly staff and very efficient.

Timely reminder about a battery that had run out and such a speedy replacment.

My battery was not charging so was causing a problem. This was tried to be fixed but after 3 failures, a completely new box was sent. The failure was on a Friday and the box was delivered first thing on the Monday. I was able to install it myself and call in to have it checked so the System was up and running again very quickly.

I ordered a Lifeline Fall Detector Alarm at 2.31pm on Thursday and it was delivered at 10.59am the next day. They claimed next day delivery and certainly delivered. The set up was straight forward and all checks completed without a problem. We haven't had cause to use it yet but the ordering, delivery and contact checks were as planned. Well done LifeConnect 24.

Excellent service. When my mum fell she was able to press the button, the person who spoke with her was very reassuring. The ambulance was called and I was called by a very calm person who explained what had happened and that the ambulance was on its way. This is an invaluable service as my mum could have been lying on the floor for hours otherwise. My mum is recommending this service to all her friends. No problems at all while using the system. Check system monthly and all works well with polite and helpful person on the phone.

Thankfully my mother has not had to use her Lifeconnect in an emergency but it has been set off by accident and the operators have been wonderful. She feels that the alarm is easy to understand and operate and my own dealings in setting the service up have been good too. So far can recommend and for peace of mind it’s worth every penny

After a stroke when I struggled to get help as I'm on my own, my children suggested getting an alarm so they need not worry. On a couple of occasions my kitten set the the alarm off they were very understanding
