My lifeline arrived on time, well packaged and easy to set up. Good to hear a friendly voice asking if I am ok when I have inadvertently pressed my fob on my necklace. I now feel reassured when pottering about in my house and garden that if I was to feel unwell or have a fall someone will be with me in minutes.

I was a bit wary of ordering this product, the phone call to them put me completely at ease, I didt even have to ask about it...from the first phone call it was "how it works" "who is it for" and and brief description on how to set it up. Delivery was excellent and to my place of work too, got it home and yes very simple to set and test and the staff during the test were very polite and friendly, I cannot comment any furthers we have not actually used it but if it like the testing the alarm with the staff it was money well spent.

Ordered a fall detector for my mother between Christmas and New Year. It was delivered promptly and easily installed. Hopefully, it will not be needed but reassured that she has an easy means of obtaining help.

What is not to like. Really easy ordering, great updates on postage, super quick delivery. Setting up is also SO easy!!!! Mum already false alarmed the pendent (day 1) but the staff were understanding and helpful. Great piece of mind for myself and the family.

The Lifeline 24 alarm was extremely easy to order over the internet. We placed the order on the afternoon of Christmas Eve, and when I had a query, the staff were still there to pick up the phone and sort out my problem. I had forgotten to order the additional pendant. The alarm was delivered very promptly, with great communication throughout the delivery, and I installed it very easily. I followed the instruction to test the alarm, and the staff who responded were very helpful. I'm very pleased we chose this alarm.

The Lifeline 24 arrived by next-day trackable post. It was simple to install then I tested the base unit and the pendant and the calls were answered immediately by helpful and courteous staff. It works in all rooms of my home. The voice transmissions were loud and clear. It has made me feel much more secure as I am 77 yrs old and live alone with no near relatives.
