The process of setting it up was very straightforward and efficient, with Carrie clearly explaining all of the information. I was impressed that the alarm would be immediately dispatched and at the address the very next day. Highly recommend for both customer service and product.

United Kingdom | 11 November 2024I had to write another review to say how pleased we are with my mum's alarm. Unfortunately, she had to use it after a recent slip in the bath. The first 2 people on her emergency list did not answer but the 3rd one did and was able to go help. While we were on our way, my mum pressed her alarm again so the lady (I think Leanne) rang again to check everything was ok. I wanted to say thank you so much and to prove that the system works, above and beyond. It is brilliant for my mum's independence and our peace of mind. Thank you

United Kingdom | 11 November 2024to help mum to stay independant in her own home, she did,nt want to move to a retirement flat , she didnt think she was ready for a carer, but she agreed to try a personal alarm . orderd online , was ok ,but i somehow ordered the basic alarm when i thought i was ordering one with a fall sensor, i should have ordered by phone and spoke to a real person , my mistake .The unit arrived promptly and was easy to set up, done a couple of test runs which reassured mum how it works , now she thinks its wonderful and the people at the call center are polite and patient . so its very recomended and one less thing to worry about as your elderly parents resist change or help and keep their independance for a bit longer . thankyou.

United Kingdom | 10 November 2024the initial apello unit had a fault with the microphone, after speaking to the helpdesk another unit was shipped next day to an alternative location without delay our Dad is now up and running with his fall wrist monitor so we all have peace of mind. Only thing to mention the wrist strap needs improving in some way for comfort, better easy to use clasp would be ideal

United Kingdom | 03 November 2024Very helpful customer services; I realised I'd ordered the wrong unit for my mother, they swapped it over quickly with no fuss. She lives alone and wants to be independent. I live many hours away and this gives me reassurance that if she falls or has another emergency, help will come. It was a breeze to set up and the 24/7 operators on the other end are very friendly (even if, as mum did, you press the pendant by accident!) Thankfully we haven't needed an emergency call-out so far but it's good to have peace of mind.
