Very polite man I spoke to called jos he was very professional and explained the alarm very well I was very impressed

Called this company for help with an alarm for my dad and was connected to a very helpful adviser, Carrie, who was able to guide me through the options. It was simple to order the equipment and, despite only ordering at around 4 pm it was delivered early the next day. Set up was relatively simple and everything worked as advertised. There was just one problem. The wrist alarm turned out not to be suitable so I had to ask for a pendant to replace it. Again this came the next day. There was a slight glitch as the instructions they sent for the pendant were for a smoke alarm but I figured it out after a call to customer services. Overall I, and my father are very happy with the services provided.

Spoke to Sue at customer services as my Mum had been having a few issues with her fall alarm. Sue was fantastic and very helpful. She explained why we were having problems and had a plan for how to rectify. Sue is a credit to your company.

I found out about Lifeconnect24 through a Google search and the price was reasonable compared to other Companies offering the same product. Harry was very helpful and was able to answer any questions that I had, the whole ordering process was very simple. The alarm was ordered and a next day delivery was promised. Hopefully the product and Customer Care will be as efficient as Harry!

Excellent service. I contacted Lifeconnect24 this morning for advice and to answer questions I had. Jos were prompt, pleasant, efficient, patient and easy to talk to. He wasn’t pushy and gave me time to get back to him. He talked through in detail the process and ensured I was happy with my decision. I completed all the forms online, on behalf of my elderly mother and feel confident, so far, that I have made the right choice. The alarm should be arriving tomorrow or Tuesday, good for a Sunday phone call, after clock changes.
