Germany | 13 December 2024Ich hatte das Abonnement schon ein Jahr vorher gekündigt und dennoch wurde mir jetzt unrechtmäßig wieder der Abo-Betrag abgebucht. Daraufhin leitete ich meine E-Mail noch einmal an den Anbieter weiter mit der Aufforderung, eine Rückbuchung der unrechtmäßig abgebuchten Zahlung zu veranlassen. Seitdem erhalte ich Hinhalte-E-Mails (erst auf Englisch, dann auf Deutsch, unterschiedliche E-Mail-Adressen) desselben Inhalts ohne dass eine Rückzahlung erfolgt wäre. Im Gegenteil: der Prozess startet quasi immer wieder von vorne und man bekommt den Eindruck, in einer Endlosschleife zu hängen. Ich halte das Prozedere für eine Hinhaltetaktik mit der erreicht werden soll, dass die Kundinnen und Kunden aufgeben.

United Kingdom | 12 December 2024This software is useless and I have wasted hours on it today, first it wouldn't accept the activation code and then when I finally managed to resolve that issue, the product is simply useless. It scanned the video file, failing to fix a single corrupted file and telling me that I needed to run the advance repair option. Each time I did this is completed and told me that I needed to run the advance repair option; it's what I now call, the advance repair option merry go round. On reading this companies reviews you'll note, as I now have, a lot of reviews in poor English, from individuals who have only ever posted a single review from this company. They do not read as genuine reviews and I suspect that their score is artificially high due to fake reviews (Trustpilot- you should investigate this). Many of those reviews talk about how quick and professional their customer service is, yet their customer service portal is long winded and equally useless. I guess people buy this product in desperation, as I did, after losing critical video files needed for work. My advice is to not bother and just accept the loss, or try fixing it in VLC after converting to an avi, which can be done for free.

Hatte V9 und V11 bei verschiedenen Händlern (u.a. über EBAY) gekauft. Beim Umzug auf neuen PC ist etwas schief gegangen und ich hatte aus Versehen die Software V9 mit Lizenz der V11 aktiviert. Prompt konnte ich V11 nicht mehr aktivieren. Trotz Angabe des Sachverhaltes und der Serien-Nummern sollten noch mehr Informationen (siehe oben) bekanntgegeben werden was überhaupt nichts zur Sache tut! Hab an der Stelle abgebrochen und das Problem anderweitig gelöst... Update: nachdem eine nichtssagende Antwort des Herstellers kam bleibe ich bei meiner Bewertung!! Anstelle ein Problem zu lösen soll ich mir drei neue schaffen?? Da beide Lizenzschlüssel von mir korrekt legal in Deutschland beschafft wurden werden weitere Informationen nur auf Anforderung der deutschen Ermittlungsbehörden bekannt gegeben. Beim Aktivieren der Lizenzen werden so viele Informationen mit übermittelt dass die Zuordnung selbst nach meinem Rechnerwechsel kein Problem darstellen dürfte. Zudem habe ich dem Hersteller mit dem Hinweis der Aktivierung einer Lizenz von V11 in V9 einen Hinweis gegeben dass diese Aktivierung nicht möglich sein darf! Zum Glück gibt es auch noch andere Hersteller ähnlicher Software die ich künftig nutzen will. Nach 3 Tagen ein Ticket ohne Info zu schließen ist sehr dreist da im Tagesgeschäft auch noch andere Dinge zu erledigen sind; 1 Woche hätte ich mir schon erwartet... Sei's drum
