Just received my order in the mail. One package of batteries has only 8% left.... and the other has only 15% left. $100 for batteries that are near empty?? I'm not happy.

I found the website to be a bit confusing, but after multiple filters and searches I found exactly what I wanted. Price and selection were good. Batteries came very well-packed and in a reasonably speedy timeframe. I haven't tried the batteries yet but I'm sure they will be of high quality.

Unlike many reviewers I was very disappointed by this company’s processing &/or handling delivery. Had a hard time learning status of my order. It’s too soon to address quality of the products. Battery charger included in the battery pkg was better than expected.

Tenergy has been great from the beginning. Our original light arrived broken, and we had no problem returning/exchanging it. We LOVE the light- it is bright, and so perfect for where we have it. Then the glass piece was broken by a ball... I was able to order the new glass piece easily. SO pleased with the customer service, as well as the product! Thank you!

Reordering batteries after four years of service. The website was very finicky about accepting credit card payment on tries with two different cards due to failure of exact match of billing address and had to process payment via telephone.

Love the recharging batteries because I have a lot of decorations that need them.

2800 Mili amp hour on a standard AA rechargeable is claimed by many but this battery does have the power topping Eveready and Duracell in storage. The only problem is its diameter is slightly larger than the Eveready battery not allowing it to fit into snug battery compartments.

70mm does not equal 65mm. You failed to provide physical dimensions in the "specifications". If you're not going to adhere to form factor 18650 standards, then that must be stated somewhere in the product description. Your "FAQ" button produces zero response. Your shipping information and review web pages need to support all web browsers, not just a select few. I need to know your product return procedure.

It amazes me that you have to remind people to keep it clean. You guys rock!!!! I have been using your battery packs (6volt 1600 - 2000) packs to power my remote sailboats for over 10 years Sometimes I like to move the weight either forward or more to the back of the boat, depending on conditions… the variety, (hump or flat) is great and quality, run time are much better than a slightly cheaper battery.
