I asked a question about an item I lost they answered it promptly and told me I could buy the item for a good price they sent me a link to pay I did and they sent it to me it was wonderful

After numerous attempts to place an on line order form with out success. I then left a recorded message seeking help from customer assistance. Side note. The failure to process the order was on my end as I was not completing the order form correctly. My request for help was provided in a timely manner by email and the shipment was sent. You are fast and have great prices, but the order was wrong. The battery came without tabs.

Was able to replace only the power pack for the lamp after company sent me info on how to order it and get lamp working again after lightning strike caused old power pack to quit working. Company was helpful after explaining the problem and was able to avoid having to replace the whole lamp when all it needed was a replacement power supply.

I received my batteries but like the last order I got they are only normal charged. My first time order through Walmart showed a full charge and are still working after 5-6 months the normal charge ones only last a couple days and then show low, I have to throw away.

Great batteries for outside solar lights. They hold a charge with a slow discharge.
