Canada | 22 January 2025Navigating the website isn't super easy. The product we got seems to be as expected. However, the customer service is the worst I've experienced in a very long time. There is online chat and if you get lucky, they might actually answer you. When contacting via email, they are useless and unprofessional. I definitely won't be ordering again due to that alone. It's just not worth the hassle when I come go somewhere that I know has quality customer service even if I have to pay more for the product.

Costway said it was sold out but the easels were in transit, so I asked to be contacted when they arrived. After a couple of weeks, and with no update notice sent to me, I went to the site, and the easel had jumped from $99 (+$4), to $125 each. Very disappointed.

Canada | 30 December 2024I ordered a massage gaming chair for my son for christmas and when it arrived, the tools and screws were missing from the package in order to assemble the chair. I was in touch with customer service agent agent- 1020 who mentioned they would give me a call back within a certain timeframe to update me on what can be done. I never heard back from her at all! I followed up with the company to get the run around all of a sudden the agent is not working for a couple days. She had no decency to at least pass my situation on to somebody else who would be able to deal with it. They offered a $20 credit which does nothing for the fact that my son has has to wait at least a month to get the pieces now to assemble the chair. This is ridiculous for a purchase that’s $500 and I advise you order off Amazon or somewhere else that will actually take care of your situation in a timely manner.
