Love the kitchen playset. I'm so excited to give it to my granddaughter. She will absolutely love it. The play by play demonstration video on how to put the set together is awesome. After viewing this video I'm planning to put the set together myself so she can start playing with it right away. The website is very easy to navigate and gives you all the information you need to make an informed purchase.

Very disappointed with the shipping from Costway. I ordered from what I believe was a Canadian Website in Guelph Ontario which advertises fast shipping 2-3 days. Two weeks later and I'm still waiting for my order. I contacted customer service and was advised 10-15 days for my order.

Customer Service has been very responsive both through Chat and live person. I appreciated not having to wait more than a few minutes in both cases. There are a lot of product pictures and product details as I was shopping and it helped me with my selection.

I ordered a washer machine I was supposed to of got it Friday... today I got a update the FedEx had shipped it out to British Columbia yet I live in nova scotia... I would and will not buy no more from costway and never again will I buy from a seller that deals with FedEx

2 good shopping sites, costway.ca and costway.com With me from Canada I went on costway.com, and purchased the 15% off for 12 months by mistake as I should have been on costway.ca my, it was my fault I did not realized when I could not put my address in for shipping.

It is difficult to assemble the item. The holes are not proper to fit in the screws. Very frustrating even tried to drill in the screws. You’ll definitely need an electric drill. I gave a 4 stars because the customer service showed concerns about the issues although the product is not user friendly with just an Alan key.

We recently received dining room chairs and we assembled them today. They are beautiful and were very easy to put together. We love them so much that we had ordered 6 and I just ordered 4 more. They really add a touch of class to my dining room.

The portable A/C I bought delivers optimum performance. I just don't like too much condensation. One time it leak on my hardwood floor

High chair is okay, but the tray lock was broken after couple of months of use. This becomes unsafe to use as the tray gets removed as baby is able to push the tray easily. And tray lock replacement parts are not available.

This is the second time that I order an item from here. Shipping takes wayyyy too long. I placed an order for an inflatable water slide for my son's birthday which is September 1st thinking it's more than enough time, however the item still hasn't been picked up by UPS. They don't have the item. I had to escalate the situation. Customer service said they're going to file a claim for me and I need to wait 2-4 days. When is my item arriving???? Brutal avoid at all costs. I should've ordered off of Amazon. Now I have to place an order for another one I'm out $1000 because of Costway. Avoid avoid avoid! Oh and to top it off I received an email saying the item was delivered August 21 at 9:00 when it was not. I was home all day and ups tracking shows they don't even have the item in their possession.
