User friendly website, but colour choice is expected, no tab for colour choice it is missing.

I see a banner on the app for a subscription to membership so I can avail 15% on every item. After getting the membership I see the item which I added to cart does apply to any Coupons or discounts. I think the 15% advertisement says it applies to all items. This looks like a scamming people

I bought 3 items and there was a free surprise item which turned out to be two velvet and metal chairs. Customer service is great. I needed instructions on assembly and they got back to me with pictures of an actual item and a clear instruction. Quality is good, and items are similar to Wayfair items but with better promotions. I recommend.

It's been over a week with no confirmation email or tracking number! No one answers by phone or live chat! Beware!!

Stay away from this terrible seller, they are scammers, I never received the produce since the 14th of November, they never shipped anything, you can check yourself, this is the track # 1ZE78A022012639300. Based on their reply, they are also liar because they did not use Canada post but UPS which is a private company and there is no strike, they never gave the parcel to them, moreover they don't want to refund the complete amount but they want to keep $11.15 for nothing, they call insurance while they are scammers, $11.15 for each scam they make is a lot of money. Stay away from this company. I told you, this is just the first review of many if you don't give me back all my money. Last update: After one month, I asked them to send me another delivery because the previous one was lost (this is what they said). At first, they agreed. A day later, they sent an email saying they didn't want to send another one and kept the $11, so I ordered it at another site. Another day, the parcel was found and ready for delivery. At this point, in order to give them back the parcel, they also refunded me $11. This company is a joke.

I was notified that my product would take longer than expected and was offered a refund and got it within two days. Emails were responded to quickly. Great customer service!

They had the product I was looking for at a good comparative price, with free shipping.

We ordered a Kids ride on truck for our grandkids. This was the 28th of November. Several days later we got a email with shipping details and a tracking number. Now a week later they are telling us that this item was out of stock and that they were getting more. How is it that my item was slated to ship, and all of a sudden it's out of stock. They are telling us that it will be shipped before Christmas. But what if it's not. At this point in time maybe I should be ordering from Aosom, while there is still time. Not very confident in this company!

Easy shopping, great selection and great price

We thank Max at Large Order department as he has been super helpful in dealing with over 40 units of these HVAC mini split units for our resort. We are dealing with more than 100 boxes that were shipped out and slowly unboxing each box to install these units in our accommodation guest units....tehy have been working very well so far and we are quite happy with what we received from Costway so far.
