I recently purchased an item from costway.ca that was also available to purchase through Walmart. I decided to buy directly from costway.ca instead of going through Walmart as a third party provider. This was a large mistake. When I went to return the item, I was told I would have to pay the return shipping, with no alternative. Had I purchased the item (it was the same item by costway) through Walmart instead, I would have had no issues returning the item and would not have had to pay a return fee. Thus, I recommend only purchasing costway items through Walmart, and not directly through costway. Costway claims they have a 'customer guarantee', but it is a baseless promise. It is easier and more efficient to buy through Walmart.

I purchased the Detachable Freestanding Hose Holder which arrived according to the information provided. The delivery time was approximately a week which is very reasonable. The item was exactly as described and, at first glance, appears sturdy. It is very attractive and will work well.
