Since moving into the property 15 days ago, it's been one issue after another, and the level of communication and service has been appalling. • No radiators, leaving the house cold and uncomfortable • No microwave, a basic amenity missing despite being promised. • No hot water, which is a serious inconvenience and should be a priority to fix. • Water leakage, with pipes causing constant trouble and delays in getting anything resolved. Every issue takes far too long to sort out, and the lack of responsiveness or urgency from the team is shocking. This has been the worst experience I've had with property managers. If you're considering renting through them, think twice—they don't seem to care about tenants or providing even the most basic services.
