Nigeria | 17 July 2024The response I got today was prompt and impressive. However, the fact that we do not have a single point of contact with your good selves could be overwhelming and confusing. Such a situation, if possible, would help narrow the number of contacts on property-specific issues to one or two people rather than having emails from about ten or more officers of the company. It would also help if all such emails have phone numbers to facilitate urgent response. For example, we wrote since the 26th of June concerning the issuance of Non-Resident Landlord (NRL) Numbers, and, to date, we are still awaiting a concrete response, granted that Casey promised to get this from her colleagues in accounts.
