Ezytrac has been very helpful with my move-in and is very responsive to my emails and calls. Impressed with their services so far.

Worst property management company I have ever seen as a tenant. We had leaks, hot water issues, furnitures issues and it took them months and months to do something. Avoid at all costs as a tenant, it's NOT worth it!!

We have had a leak in the bathroom causing mould for the past 3 months. We were given a bent oven door that doesn't close properly. These have been reported 3 months ago. Nothing was done. Fire alarm is broken, for more than a month. They don't reply to emails or calls. I really don't understand how they are getting positive reviews. I will be leaving this house I'm renting just because of them. I am now living in a mouldy bathroom, no fire alarm, no security alarm and I've just had another water leak. I've emailed them about it today, but I'm sure they will ignore me like they have all previous calls and emails. If you don't want to pull your hair out in frustration, don't use this company. I feel bad for the owner of the house and for the next tenant.

Absolutely awful. Please please stay away from these people They are incompetent. They do not reply to emails or return calls. They do not communicate well. They seem to have accounting problems and blame it on ‘new accounting software’. Just avoid them.

The homeowners of the apartment we rent in Central London have signed up with Ezytrac and it could not have been a worse decision! The complete unresponsiveness of the Property Manager, disregard for urgency of reported issues and lack of basic courtesy to acknowledge communications is appalling. We've reported issues with the apartment that have either been ignored for weeks on end or we've been told that it is our responsibility, despite receiving the property in said condition. There is no commitment to agreed timeframes, no apparent SLA and, quite frankly, I'm not sure what services they really offer. I have given them one star because assigning 0 stars was not an option.

Hi Everyone, I have used this Property Management to let out a property of mine in Manchester and they managed our property for 10 years. During the 10 years the agency have installed tenants who never pays, tenants who damages property. I had to go to court over two times to evict tenants who never pays. Ezytrac protects such tenants and were protecting the tenants in occupation of my premises. Ezytrac did not disclose the name of the tenant to protect their identity. From my 10 years of experience with this agency I can tell you and promise and sware on the all mighty that I didn't see money in 10 years. They pay the NRL tax and deduct dozens of fees on monthly basis. I was paying for repairs every now and then because of a tenant. I have only started to see money and income when I took my property back from Ezytrac management. I have given the property to someone else and finally I am seeing my rental income at last. DO NOT TRUST YOUR PROPERTY WITH EZYTRAC.

Who is writing these reviews! Eztrac does not answer the phones. Even agents have difficulties with this company. I do not understand WHY property Owners use this company. Communication is extremely non-existence. Having problems with the property they manage no one answers

The worst property management company that I have worked with. Starting from their communication to the quality of their maintenance work (if they deign to). They haven't solved any of the issues I have requested to fix. Here are some cases: 1) a dining table is not stable, impossible to use normally, requested to fix or replace - still nothing; 2) Can't close a window, a repairman has removed the handle (!) and left as it is; 3) Toilet has been leaking 6 months (!), requested to fix before I moved in; and many more.

Ezytrac have managed my B2L property for the past 2 years and I can only say that they are highly efficient in dealing with any issues that have come up along the way. I can only recommend them highly for anyone who is thinking of using their services. I couldn’t have dealt with all my property issues without their continued help and support.

Ezytrac is the worst property management company that I have dealt with. They have zero communication internally and do not resolve any issues. I can't express how frustrating they are as a company. This company is extremely unprofessional and leaves a terrible experience. I will never be using Ezytrac again, renting from an Ezytrac managed property and actively advising my network of property owners against using this company.

Delighted with Olivia Aloi who has quickly and efficiently found new tenants for my flat after the existing tenants gave notice as they are moving abroad. Always helpful and 'on the ball' - very happy to recommend her!

very poor maintenance service. with heater issue raised 3 times in mid Nov, took more than 3 weeks and still not able to send anyone to fix it. Also took more than 8 month and still not able to receive hotel expenses during a severe leak in the flat. Not able to get in touch with maintenance manager in the office, either did they reply my complain email.

They're always quick to response and easy to get in touch with. They handle all our matters responsibly and effectively.

I would thoroughly recommend Ezytrac, as indeed I have done in the past. I have dealt with similar organisations, but none have come anywhere near to meeting my requirements with the same efficiency as Ezytrac. Void periods are almost non existent, and any repairs are undertaken with virtually no involvement by me, and are completed to both the tenants and my satisfaction. All things considered, this is an excellent Company and one which is a pleasure to deal with.

Excellent in every way - have helped with non payment of rent and eviction with minimal input from us as landlords. Find, retain good tenants, very fast to respond to any requests or queries. Reasonable fee structure. Useful paperwork provided with each transaction and at year end for tax purposes. Fast to get repairs or inventory completed. Cannot fault them.

They overcharged for the repair work each time, decided to leave them. There are several good agents who provide a better and more professional service than them. It is interesting that Mr Wood, the group Managing Director has reviewed his worn company.

Ezytrac are a highly professional agency that give me complete peace of mind as a non-resident landlord, knowing that they can handle every aspect of property management - finding good tenants, reliable contractors for maintenance or refurbishments, dealing with local authorities or awkward tenants, handling and paying bills, etc. They are very pleasant, friendly and polite to deal with, communicate well via e-mail (or calling me when required) and find just the right balance between keeping me in the loop and allowing me to stay ‘hands-off’ (set and forget) with my properties. I cannot give then 6 stars so will have to make do with 5!

Ezytrac have been managing my property for 4 years now and it is truly the Set and Forget principle in action. All staff are friendly, efficient and helpful and they are on top of all tasks involved in managing and maintaining property. As I live abroad this is even more important for me.

So far, so good... !!! We are completely satisfied with Ezytrac fast and efficient way of working. The quality of their work is excellent. Bravo !

With some UK properties to my name, and more owned by my family members, you can take my word when I write that we have experienced a reliable, trustworthy, diligent and hardworking team set on giving us the best in property management and the best value for our money. Thank you Nick and thank you Helen! I cannot name them all but just get on board and discover for yourself. Ezytrac was not my first choice but is definitely my last and final choice. There is no looking back.
