The overall experience with E-Rides is just excellent. Since the moment you land on their page, everything is clear and very user friendly. Probably even more importantly, the communication with them after the purchase has been fluid and supportive. I have been buying and using daily all sorts of electric devices over the last 4 years. I have purchased from different companies and I couldn't recommend any other than E-Rides. In the future I will certainly go with them first before looking into any other alternative. From the moment i ordered the V11 I know I was in safe hands , as Afeez and Emily were so helpful over the phone and emails. I'm still new to riding this wheel , but its great fun and i'm very please I have ordered it from e-Rides. They are a great company and I Pray that God blessing them even more.

My ordered product was out of stock, so they contacted me through phone (couldn't reach me) after that they wrote me an email. That my product is out of stock. They offered me to refund the money and cancel my order else I could wait 2-3 weeks until it is in stock. Very fair, for me as customer! I waited, and after 2 weeks I got my product. Everything was fine. Great customer service!

Brilliant service from this company my mate paid for my scooter on his credit card and because mud guard was broke he put a bad review plz ignore it these guys have gone above and beyond to rectify the problem the review is off Andrew hedges have even had the pleasure of meeting these guys please don't hesitate to buy from them, they have updated us all the time. As I said in my last review they gave is a £50 refund and paid £40 for mechanic to fit the part even though these guys came to my home took the scooter back to London then came back and returned it brilliant service
