Purchase Kingsong S18 in 2021 Excellent service so far 5 star

Fantastic service and will use again. Brought a Kingsong S18, helmet, wrist guards, goggles. Also had some body armour that didn't fit quite right and e-rides are happy for me to return and swap it around for something that does when I head down there soon. Very easy to deal with a responsive with replying to messages and calls. 5 Stars!

The service E-Rides provides is amazing. I live in Australia and wanted to buy something through them that was impossible to get otherwise and thus had my share of questions and concerns, as one does and each was answered quickly, concisely and helpfully by the E-Rides crew, they put my fears to rest and I recieved my package quickly. Definite 5 star material.

You can't fault e-rides in anyway. Their services is fast, reliable and they are very supportive through the pre and post sales process. They offer group meets which is a great way tl learn new skills and make friends. It's not just a purchase with erides, its a life time investment.

I bought a fancy wheel cover from e-rides to go with a Nikola I'd recently ordered from China. The cover was a fair price and arrived a little over a day later. This contrasts well with the Nikola I ordered from Aliexpress, after 3 months waiting with no info I finally cancelled the wheel. Now I just have a fancy cover :(

Very happy with the service, delivery was extremely quick, had to speak to a member of staff who was very friendly and helpful, would happily shop there again.

What can I say...just great people. Very knowledgeable, friendly and they genuinely seemed to care about getting me the best escooter for my son. Will definitely be going back for accessories.
