I'm 6 feet tall, 185cm and went with a Medium. It fits very well. I would say the jacket cut is pretty neutral. I'm super skinny, and it has a little give if I put it on over a t-shirt. I'd say an average build at my height would fill it out. It sits well at my waist, but I can't use the thumb holes on the sleeves, because of my long arms. I don't consider that a problem - wearing wrist guards while riding helps lock the sleeves in place. I'm using it for EUC, electric unicycle riding. I've worn it on a quick ride and found it comfortable - It will likely get a lot of use. Ordering was easy, and it shipped super fast from UK to USA So - worth it? I think so! Functional, easy, and high visibility - checks a lot of boxes in a single item, complete with a very nice look. The reflective area is especially nice - little more sparkle than average 3M surface
