I dealt with Alison to sort out a trip for my 50th birthday, and couldn't have asked for a more helpful person to speak to, really friendly and left feeling confident in this group! Will keep these in mind for any future trips to Edinburgh, that's for sure!

Very easy service to use and properties easy to look at. Response time from Sara was very fast and hotels and bed and breakfast businesses were sourced equally quickly for the area that I wanted to stay in. Far faster than me ploughing through hundreds of adverts. Thank you

House advertised as sleeping 14 but probably 14 teenagers in student type accommodation. Sofa beds in rooms with double beds in . Not enough clean bedding for 7 of us . Annoying that there were only four bowls and 3 side plates for 7 of us. There was a bad smell in the kitchen particularly the fridge which put us off eating at home . Quite a few Brocken things in the house and outside a mess with cigarette ends and rubbish . Lay out would be tricky with a group of people who aren’t very close . We were fine as used to roughing it a bit but certainly not a good quality house .

Edlets staff were helpful. patient, knowledgeable and diligent. They made swimming through the mire of Edinburgh Festival properties so much easier.

Service was good but the rates could have been slightly better

The Mohammed’s were very friendly and responsive to our needs. The property had every amenity and upgraded features. It was centrally located with shopping, the university and the center of town in close walking distance. It was also served by several bus lines. We very much enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property.
