I had a great experience booking through Edlets. The website was easy to use. The listings were transparent- clear pertinent details with pictures. They were quick & thorough to reply to emails. They were super helpful & sent me a bunch of different listings so I could shop around. & very polite & helpful over the phone. They had an option on their website to receive a free call from them within seconds...it works!

Quick response, polite staff. One minor problem was that one apartment on the list Edlets provided did not respond with a price quote in time for me to consider them. It looked like a nice location, but I had to pass on it.

All very straightforward and efficient. Within literally a few minutes of emailing with my requirements (and it was a bank holiday) I was sent about half a dozen possible places, and my subsequent queries were answered equally speedily and courteously. Excellent work.

Never used Edlets before, Easy to view website. I was sent 7 emails with offers within a few hours and signed up to one of them very easily. Assuming the accomodation is as shown on the website I am pleasantly impressed.

Was pushed into accepting a contract only to then find the same accommodation elsewhere at a cheaper rate. Feel very much ripped off and would advise others to look elsewhere.

I was happy with the prompt responses, but frustrated that twice, the information changed from what was listed after I had committed via email: first, after an unofficial confirmation and booking my flights, the apartment was suddenly no longer available. Second, again, after an unofficial confirmation, the price increased by 100 euros.
