The ties look cheap, are cheaply made, made of cheap-looking material that binds up and does not tie smoothly, and are comically short with no longer options. They are also inconsistent in length (except that they are all very short), with all four ties I ordered being different lengths, with as much as 2" variance between them. At $30/tie (US), I simply can't recommend them, especially when you can often purchase a far superior (and not laughably short) tie online from a major retailer like Bank for about $50. If you are looking for casual ties to wear to church or dinner or prom or something, these are probably fine, but I don't recommend them at all for any working professional who is expected to wear business attire at the office. I gave mine away to a friend with a high school age son. After posting this I was offered and received a full refund.

Shipping and handling was ridiculous. Added an extra $10 to a pocket square. There were limited options for shipping. Otherwise easy customer experience.

Very swift delivery, good packaging, good quality

Quick delivery, quick responses, a little mistake was made and they were very quick to correct it, update my address, but I was most impressed with the fact I ordered two orders back to back and they combined them and saved me on shipping.
