I was skeptical at first! Living in America and getting something from so far away. I was VERY IMPRESSED with the ties AND was shocked how quickly I got them. Less than a week!!!! I ABSOLUTELY love the cute website! very whimsical! I would definitely order from them again!

The brushed silver tie bar looks nice, but is completely not functional. The clip portion that you use to secure your tie to your shirt is very tiny and angled in a way that it creates a pivot point and so the bar keeps falling crooked which looks horrible. Gave it multiple chances but it is impossible to keep level.

Avoid this site at all costs especially if you live in the US. I ordered 3 brown ties from the site because though experience I've realized that colors online never match the product in hand and I was correct. I ordered three brown ties and I was lucky if one of the ties matched the actual color on the website. So I go to return the items, because they were essentially not what I purchased, and now the cost to return the items is more than the order itself. I would NEVER use this site again or recommend it anyone. Take your business elsewhere.

Wrong item was ordered. The return address is international instead of where the item was shipped from, making returns too expensive.

I ordered a bow tie and pocket square set for my wedding a bit less than a week beforehand. But Otaa stood up and was able to deliver the high quality, and well packaged product in time. I got concerned when I realized they were based in Australia, and I lived in the Pacific Northwest of America. DHL said it would arrive in the 26th, three days after the wedding. But Otaa got it delivered by the 22nd, just in time. The Brown Karakul bowtie and pocket square looked great, my now Wife loved it. When it comes to buying dress wear OTAA will definitely be on the top of my list. Phenomenal job, my brothers at OTAA. 🫡
