Love the selection and after receiving the ties they are great quality. My ONE nitpick is the returns. They are in Australia and I understand the policy of paying for returns. In this day and age we are spoiled with easy returns. I picked one tie that didn't work for me and now I can either pay a ton to return it or just keep it. So be careful when you select something, this isn't a try a bunch and return it place. But overall great.

Purchase was easy & seamless. Product arrived and looks like it does in the picture. Got a number of complements on it at Church yesterday. I’m kind of a big guy, so if I had one about 4” longer it would be helpful. I will buy more. You have the most elegant ties on the market.

I have bought a tie, pocket square and cuff links from OTAA. Delivery was prompt. Love their attention to detail in the packaging. I really didn't have an issue with the ties, even though I wanted to return them because the colors were not what I expected. However, while processing the items for a refund, I found that returning them would cost more than 100 ties! The cost to return the 3 items were over $200 usd! Unfortunately, for you, I will NEVER purchase any items from your company. And advise anyone else that they should be sure if they want your product because unless you're in Australia, your going to pay significantly if you want to return what ever your purchased.

Quite honestly, I'm very impressed with the quality of the bow-tie and pocket scarf, especially the quality of the fabric. Additionally, the communications regarding the cost, delivery etc. was exceptional. Thank you!
