No response to I query 3 or 4, 5 mo ths later,still nothing...Groupon needs to STOP allowing these scammers to advertise and sell on their site!

After questioning VA, I received an email stating unfortunately it will now be 10-12 WEEKS. BS. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. 10$ FOR GROUPON 8$ FOR SHIPPING. SCAM. BEWARE. I WISH I READ ALL THESE REVIEWS BEFORE I WASTED $18 . SO ANGRY. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.

The last one says I need to wait 10-12 more weeks!! Are they crazy!! All I want is my $7.99 back and this company out of business!! How do I contact Groupon?

United States | 05 March 2024I placed an order for the bully sticks using a Groupon coupon over a month ago. It was stated that I would receive them in 1 to 2 weeks and have not yet received them. I have emailed them and received no response? I am now assuming that I have been scammed. My advice is, do not deal with this company. Unfortunately, I read the reviews after making my purchase.

United States | 22 February 2024Our dog requires pancreatic enzyme powder to be mixed with every meal in order for him to get any nutrition from his food. I ordered online from VetApprovedRX (aka Heartland Vet Supply) and, as the system requested, provided an electronic copy of the prescription together with payment. Absolute silence from VetApprovedRX. Two weeks later, when I submitted an inquiry on status via email, they said that they were waiting for a prescription from the vet. I told them I already submitted it with the order. Silence. When I emailed them again, they told me I needed to physically mail them the order -- nowhere did the system declare that a hardcopy prescription was needed. After waiting for weeks, I had to buy at double the cost from the local vet so I sent an email to cancel the order. Silence. A week later, I received the medication from VetApprovedRX. In the meantime. we had to let our 15-year-old go... and I now have $150 of meds that I can't use. Grrrrrr! Don't use this company.

United States | 31 December 2023I was desperate for a medication for my dog and my vet said it would be faster if she gave me a Rx and I ordered it on my own than wait for them to order and get it delivered to the office. Amy and the rest of the VetApproved/Heartland team went above and beyond to ensure that I was able to get my dog's medication overnight, even helping me to secure an overnight Saturday delivery (yes this costs extra but absolutely worth it). The vet's office was acting with 0 urgency to get my Rx sent over to the pharmacy, even after I begged them for hours to send it ASAP. Amy stayed on the phone with me until she and her team could get a hold of my vet's office to secure the Rx and get the medication filled and packaged within minutes of FedEx arriving for package pick-up. Without their help, I would not have received my dog's medication for another 5 days due to the holiday weekend. They are amazing and I would recommend this pharmacy any day!

United States | 22 March 2023I ended up canceling the order and placing it with Chewy. These people seem like amateurs. I placed the order, waited three days without any word from them, and then finally called. I was told the product needed vet approval. Not sure when they were going to tell me that. Furthermore, Chewy did not require vet approval and sent the order the same day they received it. Avoid this company if you can.

United States | 01 October 2021Don't give them your money. I ordered my dog's medication over two weeks ago and it's still nowhere to be found and they won't give me a refund. Their customer service is terrible and "Cheryl" just wants to argue. I'm out $68 and now I don't have the money to get my dog's prescription filled somewhere else.

United States | 18 August 2021Our dog has Addison's Disease. She requires injections and prescription medications for the rest of her life. I was pleased to find the Zycortal Suspension for a much lower price. The transaction was fast and flawless. I was surprised how quickly it arrived. I'll definitely check with Vet Approved RX for the prescription needs of our other 5 fur babies.

I appreciate the prompt packaging and quick delivery. It's nice that they give you multiple different shipping options. Medicine ordered arrived just as I expected.

United States | 11 August 2020I’ve been ordering the size 5 gel capsules from them. I have to divide my dog’s medication into smaller doses. This last time, I paid for priority shipping but it still took 7 days to arrive. Started filling the capsules this morning. I know how far to fill the size 5 capsules since I’ve been doing this for awhile. One 100 mg capsule of her med fills 2 of the size 5 capsules half way. This time, it seemed like it once I filled the first halfway, there wasn’t enough med left to fill the other adequately. At first I thought it may have been an error with the medication. It was then, I saw that they sent size 3 instead of size 5. This could have had serious consequences for my pup. Sent VetApproved RX a message and yes, they responded right away and said the would send out the correct order right away. It was this comment that got me: “we do our best not to make mistakes but with us being human we do make them every now and then.” REALLY? They don’t have any quality controls in place?makes me wonder if they made a mistake filling a med which resulted in a bad outcome, would they say the same? Won’t be using them again.

I requested a faster way to ship it so my puppy didnt have to do without since they took 2 days to notify me. The response was NO it'll be mailed as you initiated requested. So my dog now has no meds for 2 days. Going back to 800petmeds
