Great service fast delivery

The price for my dog's Apoquel was almost half what I was paying at the veterinary hospital. I called the 1-800 number because I had questions and a very nice and very helpful lady took the order over the phone. She found the fax number for my vet and sent the request for a prescription. Four days later the Apoquel arrived in the mail. I am very pleased!

The service I received is fantastic. Very personable and earger to help anyway they can.

I ordered 2 medications. One shipped promptly but the other was not included the box. I sent an email to ask whether it would be shipped separately and there was no response. I subsequently called and there was clearly some confusion but they promised to ship the remaining medication. Hopefully it will arrive soon.
