Always very courteous and orders come promptly. Prices are much lower than if I bought at the veterinary clinic.

The prices on these meds is just unbeatable so I will be giving them another try. However, my order was sent to the wrong person and it took them nearly a week to contact me about it. Meanwhile, my dog was without her allergy meds for over a week waiting for them to correct the situation. They were out of the meds so had to wait for the incorrect package to be returned before sending it out. I requested that they send the other meds separately so that we could get them started and they agreed but did not do this. The customer service was polite and apologetic so I will give them the benefit of the doubt and try again, but I would caution anyone ordering to make sure you are ordering well ahead of the time you will need the medication by.

This was my first time to use this company. They offer my dog's allergy medicine for quite a bit less money than I have been paying for it at my vet's office. Another nice thing is, they let you order the quantity of pills that you would like. They contacted my vet for the prescription and it was in the mail before I knew it. The entire transaction took about 10 days. I'll definitely be using them again!

Fast shipping and easy ordering. Prices have steadily gone up though and I originally had an rx with them because they were cheaper than other suppliers. Other than that, GREAT company.

Shipping took waaaaaaaaaaaaaay to long. Two weeks. Payment was immediately taken out of my account though. Should probably fix that.

Very glad I found them. Same med at my vet was $75 and I got it here for $20. The only thing I wish they would have done was notified me that it was on hold due to not having it in stock when I ordered it. If I had not planned ahead as long as I did, I would have ran out of medication. That is the only reason I left off one star. When I ordered a med that was in stock, I came very fast even with contacting the vet. I will continue to use them. Thanks!
