Right from the start I was impressed with Intercounty, which is why I chose them to sell a property for me. Andrew Kershaw valued the property and suggested the way forward (due to the type of house it was) would be an 'Open House'. The open house was held 13 days after the property went on the market and we received two firm offers. We accepted one of the offers and from there it was as straightforward as any house sale can be. He’s kept his promise and called me back with information I requested and he’s so polite and professional thank you so much and I’m hoping to be renting with them soon.

We switched agents after struggling to get the right sale for a number of months but Rosanna at Intercounty managed to get it sold within a couple of weeks.
