I have ha no problems with Intercounty in the 4 years they have been my agent. Absolute trust and Faith in Charles Wittich. Some problems with first tenant, 2nd tenant is a dream and long may she stay.

Tom at the Sawbridgeworth office was amazing. He went out of his way to help my husband and I find the right property and we are over the moon with our new place. The general service from Intercounty was also really good, ensuring that we had insurance, health cover and even contacting us with regards to setting the bills up.
