Having tried to sell my house with another agent last year, I used Intercounty this time. In a very tough market, they managed to book plenty of viewings and I was delighted to sell to a lovely family who live nearby. It was important to me that the house that I have lived in for nearly 20 years went to someone who loves it as much as I do. Helen, in particular, worked exceptionally hard for me, securing the initial offer well into the evening. I am extremely grateful to her for all her hard work. Doug also kept me sane, particularly around the time of exchange which I was finding very stressful. He worked tirelessly on my behalf and I am extremely grateful to him too. William, Olivia, James and Jack also deserve a mention - everyone did their very best for me. If you are wondering whether to use an agent with a more expensive fee than, for example, online agents do it. They were worth every penny.
