4 weeks ago today, my life changed forever. I would like to express my sincere thanks to all of the sales staff at Intercounty Harlow for all of the help and support that they gave me throughout the sales process. I can honestly say that I did not have the easiest time in selling in a volatile market. But the team went the extra mile, always responding and dealing with issues in a proactive way, to ensure that my property sale wascompleted.

Absoulute star I am a tenant living in Braintree and have been having some very challenging discussions over extending our lease. Our landlords have been very difficult and our Agent Sandra was amazing. She has ďelivered a 5 star experience for us and we are so very grateful for her hard work. I would suggest using Intercounty in Bishop Stortford if your in the area and in need of an estate agent. If Sandra is anything to go by you will have an amazing experience too 😀

I am very disappointed with the service I received from Inter Country. They were very dismissive and ignored my requests for amendment of both the agreement terms and arrangements even though I had mentioned and emailed this to them when I urgently needed to make some changes. They ignored me and then just sent me the tenancy agreement to sign and refused to return my calls after that. They knew I was desperate and needed to move and did not even bother to call me after the agreement was signed to give me moving-in details. I would not recommend them as a tenant.

This is the first time I have ever left a review but the service has been so bad that other people need to be aware, so I am backing up what my partner said. A certain member of staff is really dismissive and bad mannered - do not ask this company to handle your lettings

Do NOT rent out your property through Intercounty! They are hopeless with dealing with problems and, if you dare to complain, a very rude member of staff called Ricci tells you to manage the property yourself! If you don't want to waste or lose money, avoid this company!

Don't use Intercounty took ages to evict a tenant due to them filling in forms or issuing forms incorrectly. They kept saying guid lines keep changing. We pay them to keep on top.

Peter was great from the start, from the time I called and started discussing regarding the sale of my property he was super friendly and was very helpful and looked and my best interest and did the best he could get the best value for my property, and from then onwards all the steps carried out by him and his team was excellent and I couldn't have expected anything better from a estate agent, they were very prophet in keep me posted on the progress of my Byers and card me and emailed me regularly to keep me informed, overall the service was excellent and I would recommend anyone from Harlow to choose intercounty.

I recently moved into an apt managed by intercounty and had a very good experience with their Lettings team and to be honest I had set my expectations less with their property management or support team as it would be hard for anyone to support/sort the issues encountered in apts, but it was worse than it can be, too bad property management team Updated 14th June: So they finally managed to get the nod and replaced the item with a new one.

Arranged a viewing of a property in Sawbridgeworth on the Saturday, without hassle, and really liked it. On the Monday we received a phone call from the office, as promised, but we were unavailable and so a message was left. We tried returning the call but coudln't understand who called and the person who answered didn't know and could only take a message. We then chased several times by email and phone, receiving some quite abrupt email responses, until a week later finally got to speak to someone! We exchanged a few more emails and arranged a 2nd viewing a few days later. When we arrived at the suggested date and time, no one was there. We called the office, and were told the agent had just left; then that we wern't in the diary; then that they hadn't confirmed the appt and eventually implying it was our fault because we sent an email after office hours! At that point we'd had enough and hung up! As another review states they are excellent at excuses, not so good on admin or doing right by their customers. We left a note for the home owner letting them know how their house was being handled......

We are moving up to Norfolk and sold our house which we have lived in for 48 years through Intercounty in Harlow. The service we received was really brilliant. So many thanks to Peter and Jason and the team who helped us during a really difficult time, we had absolutely no idea what we were doing, they helped us so much and were so very very patient and nothing was too much trouble. This is a company who will give you a very good and caring service and we would definitely recommend to anyone.

Joyous Jac! Intercounty have been nothing but fantastic throughout my entire rental process. Jac has been outstanding, and is a credit to the company! She was polite and friendly, and nothing was ever too much hassle for her. She was extremely quick to reply to emails, and made any amendments without fuss. She was just wonderful to liaise with and I didn't feel any pressure or 'like a nuisance' emailing her all the time, like some people would make you feel. She has been an absolute pleasure to deal with, and always had the answers to my questions, which was extremely reassuring. The whole rental process was quick to sort out, and relatively painless. All documents were done online (including identity checks and proof of earnings) which made my life so much easier, and DocuSign was even mobile friendly, meaning it could be done quickly and easily, which was a bonus! Everything was sent via email so I could safely file anything away, and amendments were also updated and re-signed where needed, literally in the space of an hour, Jac was so 'on it'! I cannot recommend them enough, especially compared to the other estate agents in Saffron Walden, intercounty definitely come out on top!!
