If I could give more stars I would, from beginning to end the service by the whole team has been absolutely outstanding. I have been a buyer and seller on quite a few occasions over the years and have never dealt with a company that has such a wonderful and professional work ethic. From the very beginning the communication was what made all the difference. Intercounty were helpful and efficient and went the extra mile to make sure the sale went through as quickly as possible. I dealt with Peter Telford and Tom Harper, both of whom were very obliging; Peter made extra visit to the property to help clear up additional queries from the buyer. I was very satisfied with the service I received.

Had a poor experience with Intercounty renting a property in GT Dunmow. Feel I was conned out of money at exit with unfair and unreasonable deductions made for cleaning when property left in a much cleaner state at exit compared to entry. Feel that Intercounty colluded with landlord to inappropriately deduct funds from deposit. Will never use them again or recommend to anyone.
