I have dealt with money money estate agents on the past and it's such a relief to not be dealing with the same money grabbing robots in used to. Intercounty have very reasonable fees and cares more about us getting the home we was after rather than how much money they can get from us. Harry did everything we asked, always got back to us promptly and made the whole process very smooth. Everyone at the Dunmow office was very helpful and nice to talk to and I was able to be honest and open with them about my bad credit to which they helped all the way. I recommend Intercounty 100%

From meeting Andrew on day one I knew I had made the right choice with Intercounty. The fantastic photos were live the next day followed by viewings that had been fully qualified by Liz and Jenny. Communication has been exceptional, feedback given without prompt and nothing too much trouble. Intercounty also helped find and secure my new home. I have to write one For my family and I is a dream come true for us to buy a house. From the deepest part of our hearts we say THANK YOU. Overall very good experience. Helpful and efficient. However, I find the administration fees very expensive. I would find it more reasonable to be on the range of maximum 200 pounds.

Having had a positive experience when my husband and I bought our flat through this branch in April 2015, we decided to market our flat with the same team this year. The two staff members in charge of our move were Liz Sessions and Jenny Mallorie. Both were absolutely fantastic during the process of our sale, right through from the first viewing to the time of completion. From the moment we agreed to allow viewings of the flat, Liz and Jenny always gave us plenty of lead-time for all viewings, and always gave us feedback when we asked for it. They handled the relationship between us and our buyer with great sensitivity, and put us at ease throughout the sale process. They handled our negotiations wonderfully and always kept us fully informed. After we accepted the formal offer from our buyer, Liz and Jenny helped us to navigate the sale and the rest of the property chain without any hesitation. They always kept their word — if they said that they would follow up with a solicitor or other members of the chain, they never failed to do so, and always replied to us very swiftly. Of all of the estate agents, solicitors and conveyancers involved in our sale/purchase chain, they were by far the best individuals to pose enquiries to on all occasions. We cannot thank them enough! In summary, Liz and Jenny always answered our questions with honesty and authenticity, and led us through the whole sale process with ease and reassurance. If we ever move back into the Dunmow area, we will certainly speak to Liz and Jenny to help us find the ideal property. We cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone wishing to sell their property in the Dunmow area.

Awful at getting any maintenance work sorted on rental properties. Staff are rude and constantly making mistakes and chasing for rent that has already been paid.
