Delivery exceeded expectation. Booked 3-5 days and arrived next day.👍 👎 Container was boxed. 2.5litrr plastic container verydirty. Shame it could not have been dusted before being packed otherwise, would have been 5*. Website order did not work for me but a very helpful man took order by phone.

Brilliant company, I needed 2 rolls of quickstep underlay for finishing a room. Other companies I looked at wanted to charge me over £50 delivery as there seemed to be no way of reducing the postage when you didn’t need to purchase the actual flooring. With Ambience I got free delivery which was tracked and came the next day. Extremely impressed and if I need flooring in the future I will be coming back to Ambience as the service was so good.
