I spoke with Lee today to request info on collection date and a last minute extra lift. He resolved the request and called me back with confirmation in fantastic time. I couldn't ask for a faster or better service.

We needed to dispose of some business documents and Bobby at Shred-it made the whole process a walk in the park. He was friendly and offered us a great service at a reasonable price. Would recommend!

The salesperson and we agreed a price, and when we received the invoice it was the double of the price. Customer Service is saying our boxes were large, and the price the salesperson gave us was for small boxes, which is not true, 90% of the boxes was small, they are charging 100% as large, since the beginning we believed all the boxes were small. We are trying to solve this issue but Shred it is very inefficient in helping customers. Such a bad and stressful experience !!

Received the paperwork on the same day as the enquiry was made. We received communication with the actual day of service to plan ahead and prepare the documents for destruction.

Good service but extremely deceiving, they have a clause that if you are not happy with the raise of your fee you can reject it. Well, guess what, you will receive your letter about the raise after the date of the raise. So the letter is dated the 30th of June with the raise in August but you will receive your letter in September so it's too late to reject it! This is absolutely shocking ! To say that I will be complaining to anyone who will listen it's an understatement

Great service and quick. Nothing was too much trouble and they went out of their way to get to our barn.

Very poor staff attitude from the member of staff who drove the van. We ordered a small box collection, he stated it had to be bagged and removed from folders. He was very argumentative saying he didn't know who the salesperson was, which was totally irrelevant. I had to print off my order and emails to the sales team. These confirmed the order and that is was okay to ship in boxes and folders. He continued to argue about his paperwork and the van being set up wrong but took away the documents. Not the customer service I'd expected.

We have only just taken out this service, I rang and arranged a large pickup in advance the driver arrived and wouldn't take our paper to shred !!! I rang & after speaking to 4 separate people he said someone would contact me, 3 days later collection 18th September in the meantime we are stuck with 20 plus bags not the best start or service.

Bobby was very helpful, explained my options fully. Very quick to respond to my initial enquiry and all emails thereafter. I will definitely recommend this service.

First time of use. Process was a bit suspicious to start with but it improved once I had a confirmation email of my request. Took a long while for the stuff to be collected and it wasn't entirely clear of the date of collection but in the end it turned out to be okay.
