I ordered shredding bags, they arrived on time. Collection was made without any fuss.] Simple and efficient.

Great quick response from Paula Butterworth. Whole Shred-it implementation has been very smooth.

Avoid this company at all costs. Shred it do not collect on the dates given and despite advising our office opening hours they still schedule for the days we are closed. Shred it do not reply to any emails to Credit Control or Customer service. Shred it made 2 promises to collect our bins and confidential waste when our office was closing and they failed each time despite us advising this was urgent, this was down to the Depot and Driver failing to turn up. There was 2 helpful people in customer service, that tried their best but the depot promised them and us to collect and they failed. I'm sure there are plenty of other companies that will meet your needs but this one will not be one of them. I am not normally one to write bad reviews but this has to be said.

Fast and efficient and helpful

We contacted several companies for a one off shredding job but found Shred-It to be the most helpful and responsive so decided to go with them. Lee was very helpful through the whole process and got us booked in quickly. Very professional and easy service - would highly recommend!

Extremely good service delivered by Robert (Bobby) Walker. My task/service requirement is rather small but I feel extremely valued just the same as if it was a large job.

I wanted to check when our next collection would be. Paula Butterworth was very helpful, she has provided a schedule for our collections and explained the process if we need additional bags collecting.

Listened to problem of next collection as school half term. Said would sort a different date and come back to me which she did. (Rhiannon) Diolch.

Today I rang to confirm if the order I had placed yesterday was to be delivered today as agreed. I was informed that there was nothing in the system. Katrina Mason very quickly booked the delivery for tomorrow and send me the confirmation straight after. I Have to say that her professionalism was a breath of fresh air. Not only she immediately sorted the issue she also advised me how to access the services in the future.

Very helpful - changed my collection day - without any queries

Appalling service. Paid up front in July only to be told that their vehicle is too big to get down my mother's road. Despite other large vehicles being perfectly fine. Agree to cancel and get a refund. Continued to get emails from various people saying sorry for not scheduling a date yet. My mum (bless her) spend 40mins on the phone to get through to someone to chase the refund. Reassured that it would come through. Now 2 months since first paid and NO REFUND!!! Tried calling - noone in Billing picks up the phone!! £179.32 is money that could pay my energy bills. This is my last resort. Wouldn't touch this company with a barge pole. Appalling customer service.

Improvement on Cost/Service Following the appointmemnt of our new Account Manager - Melissa Jenkinson to site, communication has been regular, opened and honest, subsequently improving the overall pricing of our cost throughout our 4 sites. Melissa helped me to establish what would best fit our company's requirements and was able to offer our company a more cost effective schedule and number of bins. Melissa was very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and polite. A real pleasure to work with. Thank you.

Easy, simple and effective shredding.

Excellent service and helped by Katrina Mason

Booked and paid just under £1600 for shredding service. Eventually was told they would collect on Saturday 3rd September (so not the 5 day turn around). Explained in writing that the collection point was only open between 8am and midday. On 2nd September was told this was booked in as a 5 hour job and driver would likely be with me around 9am. Explained again that the unit the paperwork was in closes at midday. Was promised a call first thing today to confirm that driver was on the way. Now been waiting for 2 hours. No phone call and collection place is closing soon. Not happy. Wasted morning and will now have to pay another month's rent for the storage so I expect this to be paid by Shred-it. Please don't respond with the usual standard response which you seem to use with every criticism. It's now too late for collection today.
