Unable to get down to my house due to an increase in the size of vehicle used , which had been possible on previous occasions Then there was an issue with the automatic billing system and the credit for non collection and it took over 6 months to resolve. However the lovely lady Eylem did finally resolve things and was super helpful (in the end!) so well done her.

We opted to take our shredding down to the site, as we didn't have so much this year. This was taken and once shredded we received our destruction paperwork. All sorted within the hour and advised we'd saved 14 tress by recycling.

The service was very easy to organise and the Shred-It vehicle turned up on schedule. We will make use of Shred-It again.

Avoid this company at all costs. They charge you for attempted collections, even when they're in your area. If you don't answer the door, you’ll still receive the same invoice as if they had actually picked up your shred-it boxes. The customer service is absolutely appalling – you’re left dealing with unhelpful representatives who don’t seem to care about your concerns. Think twice before giving them your business

We have used Shred-It for many years for both business and personal shredding. Their on-site shredding service is excellent and gives us the peace of mind that everything is properly and securely shredded.
